Nuestra Clinica del Valle

The last time I went to Nuestra clinica Del Valle in San Carlos I received such a nice welcome from the staff that I decided to let the world new what they’re missing for not going to the San Corlos clinic when they are sick. Ms. Alma Rodriquez was very understanding of my pain. When it was time to see Dr. McNeely, well you can not ask for anyone better than him to listen, pay attention to every detail of your well being. The best part about Dr. McNeely he speaks and write 3 languages, English, Spanish and French. When he was done with the consultation , he sent me to the dietitian on-site to make sure that I eat the right foods .
I’m looking forward for my next visit with him.

Brought my Mom to Dr. appt.

El Dr. Bien, pero la asistente de el es una muchacha que trae tatuajes y la describo porque nose su nombre es una persona muy ruda para contestar se desespera y solo anda checando el tiempo en su reloj como asiendo sentir presionada, no me gusta para nada su manera de atender a los pacientes.

My Grandfather retired in the Mercedes location as Head of his Dept. & the clinic. I recently felt ill and have relocated to Edinburg eager to get the exemplary care I had in Mercedes, I thought Edinburg would be similar. WRONG, DR. ANDREW MCNEELY was very rude, talking to me on speaker phone because "he was typing". I asked to be taken off speaker and he threatens me with, "I'm about to end this call, what is it you want me to do". I was appalled, and told him I would find a DR. that can help me. Go to Mercedes or somwhere else! The 1 star was for my Grandpa, not this Dr.

The wait time is to long waited 4 hours to get attended and this happens every time even if you come an hour early of your appointment
