My wife and I were seeking a sleep system or new mattress to replace our fifteen year old Tempurpedic mattress. We shopped at Macy's, Gallery Furniture (considering Mattress Mac's offer to refund our mattress cost if Alabama won the football national championship) and Mattress Firm. Jeff and Johnna at the Woodway Arch Mattress Firm store were far and away the most informative and delightful to work with. They answered all of our questions candidly and directly, and they were both very well informed regarding the various products, pricing and discounts. Anyone intent on buying a mattress should seek out Jeff and Johnna.

The sales team is awesome and very knowledgeable in their products. You can be certain that you will find exactly what you need and want with their expertise. I had a great and laid back experience---the sales team is down-to-earth---and I was able to find a great mattress that was good for me. To top it all off, their delivery team is great, courteous and professional as well. Five stars well deserved.

Had a great experience buying a mattress. Raul was very, very helpful every step of the way. He helped us figure out which mattress (and mattress cover) would be best for us, and gave us in depth explanations on the different bed materials and why we might want to get X style of bed. It was very informative, and that plus his easygoing, humorous demeanor made the experience excellent. I would absolutely recommend Mattress Firm, and this store in particular. Raul's got your back!

Jeremy was amazing and so personable! This was my first time purchasing a mattress, so I came in with limited prior knowledge. Jeremy had me try out a variety of different mattresses and once he understood the types of mattress I was leaning towards, he helped me find the best deal! He also conversed with me about moving to Houston and overall really cared about me having the best sleeping arrangements! 11/10!

Exceptional customer service from Travoy today. They do not try and oversell their product but rather put their best efforts to meet each customer's individual needs. I would greatly recommend this place over anyone that are unsure about what mattress they are looking for since these guys will do a great job explaining all the features to you.

I was in a hurry to pick up a mattress cover and arrived at the Tanglewood location a few minutes before normal opening instead of making me wait until 10:00 a.m. on the dot, Marcus invited me in, offered me a bottle of water and then retrieved the mattress cover. While he was ringing up the purchase, he mentioned a promotional discount and proactively applied it to my purchase. Could not have been an easier purchase.
