Greg and his team worked a miracle with my truck. Limped from Austin to Tyler State Park towing with a bad oil cooler. I dropped it off after hours and Cole stayed late the next day (Saturday) to get it back into shape. Runs like a top now and driving back was a breeze. Black Label Pro Diesel saved my vacation!

Had a water pump go out on my 1997 f250. Very professional and great buch of people to work with. They got me fixed up and going the following day and price was very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the outstanding service. You definitely have my business from here on out.

Greg was a good guy. Although couldn't really fix my problem, he steered me in the direction to get the parts I need.

Sweet mercy, the prices! If you’ve ever wanted to experience financial ruin in one easy step, get a quote from Black Label Diesel. They handed me a bill that looked more like the national debt. I half-expected to see charges for “gold-plated wrenches” and “mechanic therapy sessions.” The total was so high, I momentarily considered selling my house and moving into my truck—assuming they ever fixed it.

We feel as if we were taken advantage of and robbed. We spent $4500 to have a problem fixed and it's worse than when we brought it in. Their lack of communication drove us to be those annoying customers that call often and show up in hopes to have an update on our vehicle. The first bill was $3500, we drove it for a weekend and were left stranded on the side of the road with our three boys. Thank God for friends because we don't have family near by to help us. We had it towed back to the shop in hopes their warranty would cover it but it did not, we spent another $1k for literally nothing. I can't drive my truck. We don't trust them to actually fix it. We can't afford to take it elsewhere now. We have to save up money to have someone look over their work.

We work hard for the things that we have and when things like this happen it puts us in a rut. We're down to one vehicle after spending $4500 to have our second vehicle "fixed". Worst diesel mechanic shop in our experience.

**Replying to owners comment, blaming us of course. We told the owner exactly what was going on with our truck, that our main mechanic who doesn't specialize in diesels said it may be the thrust bearings causing belt problems. We asked you to take a look at it, let us know what you found and asked how much it would cost IF it were the thrust bearings (in which doubled in price). Why would we have work done that didn't need to be done and why would any stand up mechanic do work that didn't need to be done?**

We had a semi truck and he did a platinum overhaul for us in December of 2022. We are having to redo the overhaul in March of 2023 because he didn’t do it right and will not fix his screw up and charged us too much in the first place.
Be very careful. He may be a good pickup mechanic but as far as a semi truck mechanic, he’s terrible.

I wouldn’t take a lawn mower to these guys. Not that they do bad work but you may as well buy a new one for what they’ll charge you. I’d heard they were pricey, but I thought “well I’m sure they do quality work”, and they do from what I can tell. But what I can’t stand is going over the work you want done, MULTIPLE TIMES and setting a price, only to be charged more on pick up. I know 4 other people with the same story on being ripped off on price by these guys. They do decent work, but go ahead and plan to spend another thousand on top of what they quote you. Even if you pay up front, it doesn’t matter. They’ll still charge you more or threaten to take parts off your truck if you don’t give them what they want on top of what the agreed price was
