I have been working closely with this facility in providing end-of-life care for their residents for 7 years, and I am happy to report their staff are absolutely caring and amazing people. They have some of the same staff that have worked here for years, truly invested in excellent care for their residents. I highly recommend this nursing care facility for its longevity in the community and the loving staff.

This place is awesome. Danni is a heck of a person. She does a good job as a director. They got good staff here. They are caring people. Danni just watches out for everybody. I recommend this place to everybody.

The place is amazing the staff is great. The administrator has been exceptionally great she really takes her time to help the residents out and anything they need she assist them. She truly is genuine her name is Danni Rawls.

I have worked in health care for over 22 years. My passion is working with long term and rehab residents. I have worked at several skilled nursing facilities through the years and Willow glen is the first facility that I have felt like part of a family, both with staff and the residents. Willow Glen has great staff that care and want to make a difference in each and every residents lives. It is a privilege to be work and be part of the team at such a great place. 👍

Staff was attentive, kind, and caring. They truly care about all their residents and provide a positive and healing atmosphere.

I have and will always love this place! My first nursing job over 25 years ago! It Has been a second home to me throughout the years and I have had some of the most amazing emotional and spiritual experiences here! I can recall so many residents In that time that I have been blessed with the opportunity to care for and learn from and I am grateful to each and everyone of them. I have learned so much in this place!

I love this building , I have had a very emotional connection with the building through the years. My grandma would go here to continue rehab after her surgeries to work the amazing physical therapist. So going to visit when I was younger was regular to me. I also used to do little dance recitals for the resident many times when I was younger for there activity during the day.So when it came time for me to find a building to work at as a CNA ; I had already had such an emotionally positive connection with the building. So I now currently work there as a CNA and I love it. All staff is amazing and we all work very hard and well as a team whether that’s with kitchen staff, maintenance, management, house keeping, etc.

Willow Glen has a small town feel to it. Although staffing crisis has risen amongst all healthcare communities, at Willow Glen the staff and management have pulled together to get through the hardships of COVID. The management help on the floor (I know because I am one of them), the residents are treated with respect and care. The facility is a little older but has been kept nice. The staffing ratios are higher than at other facilities I have worked at in recent years. The CNAs and nurses work very hard every day. I’d say most of the employees genuinely care and want to ensure a good experience for residents. The units are locked providing extra security. The residents are really like family. Overall it has been a great place to work, with a caring team.

I have been an employee of this facility for 8 yr. Through changes in administration and a recent name change, it continues to be a great place to work and grow! I have advanced up in position several times and have learned so much. We love the work we do and take accountability for it

I love working here! The CNAs and Nurses go above and beyond for the Residents. We have amazing Residents who are all so welcoming and so fun. Our activities department does the best activities for the residents that they all love. The staff here are so great to each other and to our Residents. I would definitely put a loved one here knowing how great the care is.

I am the social worker at Willow Glen, and initially my job was only going to be temporary. Now I have stayed longer than I ever thought, simply because I enjoy working here. The residents are fun to be around, and the staff and I truly care about them and their well being. The atmosphere here is friendly and warm. I highly recommend Willow Glen to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long term care.

Willow Glen is very clean and well organized. My dad was very well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food was amazing! We are grateful to have found a place where he could recuperate from his fall.

I have worked at Willow Glen for 10+ years. I recently returned as the Recreational Therapist. December is always a tough month for staff and residents. This year our staff went above and beyond by scheduling extra activities for the residents and families! From a Holiday Tea Party to helping each resident decorate their own Christmas stocking. We also have an Angel Tree every year to help provide a meaningful gift to a resident. This year blew me away, the amount of donations was AMAZING! No one grows up and says “I want to live in a Nursing/Rehab home, but sometimes families don’t have any other options for there loved one to receive the care they need, and the holidays are tough. So THANK YOU to our awesome caring staff, and THANK YOU to are amazing community members who donated their time and talents and gifts for are residents.

Willow Glen is a great facility to work at. The staff make it a wonderful place to be and all the residents are very welcoming and friendly. We have a great team who take great care of our lovely residents.
