Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Martinsville, an IHG Hotel

Whenever we are working in or around New Martinsville we always stay at the holiday inn. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and help. The rooms are always clean. Breakfast everymorning. And the fresh cookies after along day are delicious I would recommend this place to anyone

Quick professional positive greeting when making my reservation and the same excellent professional reception when checking in, from both Cindys - Cindy G and Cindy W. Hotel looks very new still, even though it's 8 years old I think, but has recently been renovated. Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds and awesome cinnamon rolls for breakfast! I will definitely stay here next time I'm back in town. Thank you both!

Cindy OG went above and beyond to take care of our family, make us feel welcomed and even remembered us from our last visit. She is efficient, detail oriented and super kind. Our room was perfect, the pool was warm and the kids LOVED the cookies!

I stayed here a few weeks ago and the rooms were very clean and the front desk employees were very polite and help me with everything I needed. Cindy Goddard and Tammy were very friendly and helpful when I was extremely tired from my drive. Thank you for the quick service and kindness.

Very polite and friendly staff. Cindy (The Original) goes above and beyond her job entitlements to make sure guests are fully taken care of and their needs met. Her joyous and blissful personality is truly amazing, even after having long hard days she is still greatly everyone with a smile. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It's a joy to stay in this hotel.

This is a truly great hotel. A lot of us in the trades working on the road, this hotel goes above and beyond to make it feel like home! The ladies at the front desk go out of their way and cook an entire meal and lay it out for dinner! A lot of us appreciate the home cooked meal vibe while out on the road working!

Cindy G. made us feel extremely welcome and made us feel right at home. The hot tub and pool area were clean and plenty of towels were out for us. Overall Cindy G is the absolute best and we will be returning because of her.

Great hotel!!! Staff was awesome. Shout out to Cindy W at front desk (& the ladies there when we checked in 9/16, sorry I didn’t get your names), you were great. If anyone from corporate reviews these comments you need to commend them. This is a dog friendly hotel. Hot tub open 24/7. Hotel is spotless….. I think you get the picture 😉

My significant other other and I stay every weekend. All the staff is inviting and available to help, but most weekends we see Cindy OG who is the best.☺
The rooms are clean and well presented,the pool clean and always fully stocked. If you are looking to stay in New Martinsville definitely stay at the holiday inn Express!!

Excellent front desk service from Cindy! She always makes fresh cookies when she can for the guests and makes sure the rooms are clean and great condition for us guys who stay year round!

Travel a lot for work . One of the best hotel staff I have ever seen Cindy OG was the best . She was very polite ,professional,helpful . Cindy OG would make me wanna stay there over anywhere else . Hope a higher up sees this cause she is a special lady and made our stay wonderful she is a keeper holiday Inn !!!!! Hats off to OG CINDY !!!!

Cindy og does a great job at helping the guests. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, the breakfast is great. Great place to stay. Donna is great too.
