Rylee Ann Apartments

We moved in a few months ago and can’t say enough about how much we like it here!!! Sachi, Linda, and Odie (staff) feel like friends and go above and beyond for residents.

We love living here! The apartments are clean, modern and spacious. Management takes great care of the grounds and the amenities are awesome. On site storage units are fairly priced and are a huge bonus for our family and the biggest plus of all time is that we get to have our dog here and he enjoys the pet area, which in this valley can be really difficult to get.

I've lived here for over 2 years. It is so quiet and the apartments are very spacious and well appointed. I looked at many complexes in a 75 mile radius and found this one has the most amenities - pool, fitness center, dog park, and basketball court. Maintenance (although I haven't needed any) is prompt and very courteous.

In 2021 I was having a hard time finding a place to rent that allowed a dog. Then I fortunately found the Rylee Ann Apartments and met with the apartment manager, Sachi.

Sachi was very helpful navigating me through the application and approval process. I have lived here for two years and recently extended my lease another year because the Rylee Ann apartments are in a very convenient location, the property is well maintained, and the newest maintenance person, Odie, is very friendly and responsive.

The apartments themselves are spacious. Having my own washer and dryer as well as free cable is an added bonus.

If you are looking for a place to locate to (especially if you have a dog), take a close look at the Rylee Ann apartments. 5 minutes from Costco and Fred Meyer. 10 minutes from the airport. Easy access to the highway. And less than a mile from the closest dog park in East Wenatchee where I run the dogs daily.

My husband and I lived there for 7 years. We absolutely loved the sense of community that Rylee Ann has. We would of stayed for longer but had to move due to unforseen circumstance. We love that its a dog friendly community!!!

The management team here was very professional and helpful. I never had any issues that weren't quickly resolved while living here.

The apartment was amazing. The community aspect is wonderful. Sachi is amazing to work with. I would recommend to anyone. Super pet friendly. 10 out of 10.

Rylee Ann Apartments has made a great home for us in East Wenatchee! Everyone is super friendly and the staff goes over the top to make it feel like home.

Just a couple of weeks ago my daughter Morgan moved from Georgia to Wenatchee. She was fortunate to secure an apartment ahead of time at your complex. I kept hearing her talk about Sachi and how much help she had been throughout the process.(Even all the way across the country!) I made the trip to Wenatchee with Morgan driving and pulling some of her belongings in a Uhaul trailer. She still had about 10 days until her apartment would be ready but they allowed her to move her things into one of the storage units at the complex. Even though upon arrival, Sachi was not there, the lady in the office was extremely sweet and accommodating. She helped us find the appropriate size storage unit so we could unload without any problems and return the Uhaul quickly. As a parent, with a daughter moving all the way across the country, I couldn't be more pleased and at ease with her new residence. Aside from the super friendly and helpful staff, the apartment complex itself seemed very safe, was beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. She has since moved in and loves it! I really enjoyed living here . The staff was sweet and quick to help fix maintenance problems. I had a great connection with Sachi in the office. She was professional yet friendly. She made coming to the office with little issues easy because I knew she’d always look out for the best of the community.

We relocated from out of state and Sachi made the move so easy. She was very helpful, professional, and friendly.
Upon arriving Sachi made us feel very welcome. We would not have chosen this community if it had not been for Sachi.

Visited this property recently in some recon I'm doing for a pending move a few months from now. I've been in public service for years and for me customer care is probably number one when I make a decision on where to live. The personable and professional treatment I experienced with the manager moved this property to the front of my short, short list.

I recently signed a lease with Sachiko and she has been so helpful through the entire process and very accommodating. I am very excited to move into these beautiful apartments!

One of the easiest move-in processes ever. Apartment was very clean and the complex is very quiet. Sachi is doing an amazing job managing this place.

My friend lives at Rylee and every time I visit it makes me want to move there. The property is well kept and management has been very helpful to her (where I live management is awful). I wish it was closer to my work, but if I ever switch jobs to something closer, it’s my first pick.

We recently moved here, the units are very nice with more space than we expected. To make it even better, Sachi/Trevor have been very friendly and helpful with any questions we have.

Seriously love the staff here, kind, professional, always cheerful and always available to answer Any and all questions or concerns! Plus the maintenance staff are great as well! Highly recommend this place!
