Thyme Bistro

It actually went over my expectations, is kind of in the middle of nowhere so I didn't really expect much from it but the food was pretty good, I had a special which was scallops and my husband had the raviolis, everything was good. The dessert was a bit too sweet for me but my husband loved it so if you are around you should give it a try

This bistro is the best I've ever been at! Best food ever! And the desserts are to die for! The cheese ravioli was super excellent!

This was the best meal of our trip, I had the shrimp ,andouille and grits. Was so good, the kind of food that warms the soul. Our waiter was Pedro, he was awesome. Recommended some places for us to visit on our trip. We met the chef as well, sadly, I can't remember his name.

Are you kidding me! This place is unreal, I cannot believe we were lucky enough to find this hidden treasure. The location is definitely out of the way. The cuisine here would be 5 stars in NYC, Toronto, Paris or Rome. I put a picture up of all of our entree’s, our appetizer and our dessert. The pictures don’t do the food justice. The presentation was incredible, the taste was out of this world. We live 4 1/2 hours from here, but have already decided we will be back!!! This is a dining experience not to be missed!!!

I made a trip to Weston today to visit the asylum, and I wanted to eat at a local restaurant. I am not sorry I chose Thyme Bistro. There is not one thing I could complain about. The food was excellent, and the service was great too. The only thing I am sorry about is I don't live closer. I'd be a regular customer if I did!

The atmosphere of Thyme Bistro was industrial chic and dimly lit for an intimate feel! Jazz music lightly played in the background and the service was friendly and exceptional. The food was outstanding, as were the drinks. A lovely experience all around!

My friend has told me for years that her hometown has an amazing restaurant. She would send me pictures antagonizing me. So, when I was finally in town I decided to see what the fuss was about.
This place is absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked in I was shocked at the difference between the 1950s style street and the gorgeous decor of the bistro. Although impressed, I was more worried about food and service after a long day. Honestly, I have never had better service. Andrea and Jennifer were amazing. My glass never got below half full and they were very nice. I order the steak hoagie and it was amazing. It wasn’t greasy, perfectly seasoned and HEAVY. It was well worth the price. Bistro fries are an absolute must have and are worth the additional charge. The raspberry tart was sweet but with an amazing tart raspberry sauce that made it unbelievable. It is well worth the detour to come here.

In town for the BBQ bash. Lovely historic building. Fantastic friendly service. And outstanding food!!! We had a hoagie. Greek Flatbread. Steak. So much food. Sooooo much yum!!! This is a lovely local spot.

Great place! Thyme Bistro has an upscale, yet cozy and welcoming feel. We got the Bistro fries, salmon salad, potato parmesan encrusted salmon, summer spaghetti, and peach cobbler. Everything was fresh and full of unique, delicious flavors! The waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable about Weston. Will definitely come back here when we are back in town. :)

great place. great service and atmosphere. the salmon/potato entree was simply fantastic---highly recommend. fries were perfect and plentiful. crab au gratin spread was excellent especially when eaten with the fries (sounds weird but try it).
cordon bleu was great as well. a must visit if you are in the area. kyle is a great server. very nice and attentive and knowledgeable.

We had dinner here on the hotels recommendation. The salads we both had were fantastic. Our server made us feel welcome even though we had never been there before. When we are in the area again we will be back.

From the smile that met us at the door to and thru our wonderful meal and wine, we had a lovely lunch at the Thyme Bistro today. Outstanding food, topnotch service, beautifully decorated, total package... great experience!

This place is a hidden gem! So yummy, the chef is talented! The real win here is the staff: Jennifer and Anne were amazing (I hope I remembered their names correctly)! I felt like I was being served dinner at one their homes. So warm and welcoming.

This restaurant is a WV treasure. Our entire meal was perfect and so was the dessert. We will be back!

We were blown away by the service and thoughtfulness of the staff at Thyme Bistro. They accommodated our large party (12 adults with 3 birthdays) with ease. The food was spectacular and came out all at once with every special request executed perfectly.

The ambiance is modern yet quaint...such a relaxing and fun place to enjoy a delicious meal for any occasion. Cannot recommend Thyme Bistro enough!

Simply awesome! You be amazed coming into this town where you will feel bit down seeing how run down it is but once you walk into this restaurant you will be like wow where am I at. The food was really good.

My God the food here is freaking awesome. Service is fantastic, and the little main Street looks like something out of the 50's. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This was the best food and service! Loved it The garlic parmesan bistro fries were delicious! My steak was fresh and my daughters parmesan crusted salmon was wonderful. We will definitely be back when we come through Weston again!

Truly excellent food. We stopped last night for dinner. I had the special bone in pork chop, whipped mash potatoes, and seasoned cabbage. Everything was superb. My pork chop was done perfectly done. I left with a to go dessert as well. I had that for breakfast and I intend to go back for more.

We loved our first time at Thyme Bistro. Our food was amazing and our waitress was as well. We will definitely be back!
