Our 4th purchase with family RV was one just like the others. Rhylon was professional, kind, and so helpful showing and reviewing all the details in the search to meet our downsizing needs. I was able to get exactly what I needed for an amazing price. He showed TLC in all the details before, during, and after our purchase. It’s always a pleasure to be taken care of so efficiently, making the buying process seem effortless. I’ve enjoyed my first trip of many to come. Rhylon Glass was absolutely great. When I called to inquire about an RV and he took the time to set up an appointment that fit my wife and my schedule. He met us with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable about the RV we looked at and answered all of our questions. We decided to buy the RV in the spot mainly because of the way we’re were treated. It is a used RV and the Family RV team gave it a good once over and fixed a couple of small issues and Rhylon kept us informed the whole way through the process. I purchased an RV from Family RV Center in Sweetwater. . Chris made the experience really easy. As soon as I asked for information regarding a Puma camper. Chris answered promptly and provided all the information I needed. All of the paperwork was completed really quick. When we arrived at the dealership, Chris met us in the lobby. He took us to the RV and went through the entire camper, making sure we understood everything we needed to know about our new purchase. This was our first time purchasing an RV and we came here after a family member bought their RV here. We got off to a rocky start with our new RV. Albert was amazing at making sure everything was taken care of and made right. Their new building is way nice and super spacey. Would definitely recommend everyone to come and shop with these guys with the way we were treated. Travis was a great salesman and in the times we went back, always stopped by to chat and say hi. I cant thank Brad and Rhylon at Family RV Center in Sweetwater, TX enough for taking the time to answer all my questions and make a great deal for me. Brad literally spent weeks communicating with me via phone, email, text and even Facebook to work on our deal for a 2022 Grand Design 17mke..Brad got additional pictures, live video, and paperwork all together, and answered my million questions.This is by far my best dealer experience ever (Ive bought two other RVs from dealers). Purchase our new Raptor 431 through Family RV Center in Sweetwater. Zac our sale rep was great to work with. Had everything ready when we got there as we had travel over 450 miles. Picked up the fifth wheel late Friday took it to a campground a mile down the road and spent the night. Zac had the service techs ready to tackle our punch list as soon as we arrived back Saturday morning. The techs got everything taken care of in a couple hours and got us on our way back home shortly after noon on Saturday. Everyone was super friendly.

In April of 2021, we purchased a new destination trailer from Family RV in Sweetwater, TX. During delivery, extremely high winds ripped off a section of skirting on one side of the trailer. Needless to say, it was an eyesore.

Due to supply chain issues, the parts needed for a repair were impossible for the dealer to get. They tried everything. But the parts were not available. I grew concerned with every passing month that they might not come through with a repair.

But, just a couple of weeks shy of our having the trailer for one year, they sent a service tech down with the parts. It was a 7 or 8 hour drive for him.

We had been reassured many times that Family RV would not abandon us with a damaged trailer. And we weren’t abandoned. While they tried to find a repair tech near us who could do the warrantied repair, they could not locate anyone who would do the job for them. So … Family RV went above and beyond by sending a tech to the trailer, rather than requiring we bring the trailer to them.

This business is up-and-up. They do what they say they will do. They will take care of you after the sale, which, in the world of RVs, is more the exception than the rule.

I recommend Family RV for anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned RV of any kind!
