Great customer service experience 👍 Cliff was working at the truck register and helped me with many things. I'm in an rv and needed diesel, a dump station, a shower and a place to stay for the night. He was able to accommodate me with everything with genuine care. Thanks Cliff!! You just created a new Loves customer, I normally go to the flying J. Not anymore!! And I save 10 cents a gallon.

Always a great place for a break and gas. And with the free app you get another 10 cent off a gallon. Compared to the other gas stations around that was 20 to 30 cent higher you just can't beat it. Thank you Love's for helping make trips better!

Had a blown tire and stopped at the closest Loves Truck Care at store #475 in Sweetwater, Tx. Dustin was amazing. He answered all our questions with enthusiasm and was very professional. They got
to us in a timely manner, had great suggestions to help us in the future and was an all around great guy! The rest of the staff were friendly and working quickly to get the trucks fixed and get people back on the road. I understand the truckers who get frustrated about waiting, because every second waiting affects our paychecks, but sometimes these shops get really busy and a little patients will get you better service than complaining. Again, great job to the mechanics here and hope everyone continues to be blessed because you guys are a blessing!

(Even there’s more people supposedly working, they don’t care if it’s people calling or in the waiting area a female and other 2 males makes seem more like he is the only one enjoying his job)

Fast service and friendly place , friendly stuff, great place for fast stop during your trips to eat, or use the restrooms

Clean well maintained location, lots of goods offered and Arby's is also onsite in the same location.

Traveling with pets?? They need a good break too from the road. Stop here! We stopped at every Love's along the way after this one and unfortunately this was the only location with this amazing dog area! We Will be stopping on the way back!

Guys take good care making sure truck drivers have what they need... buckets are full to wash windows, paper towels stocked, trash is empty. Good job!

Love's Tire Shop Department: Much thanks to Brandon who patiently waited for my breakdown manager to call back to get approval for a tire that I had replaced on 4/29/23 at 5 am. He was professional, patient, and courteous. At first, he was at the main store helping out staff there who were on breaks and shortly after came to attend to my tire issue. This guy should be a manager. Anyway, would highly recommend others to come here because it was excellent customer service. Thanks.

I recently stopped by on my way to New Mexico for the holidays. Compared to other Love's locations, this one was on point. The men's restroom was clean and stocked. I'll be back when in the area again.

Love's always good but this time in this branch man restrooms under construction so soon they will put new restrooms.
But don't forget love's coffee always number one if you like coffee try dark roasted one. Unbelievable delicious taste.

Whilst on the way to Odessa, Texas; during a trip that I stowed away in my friend's tractor-trailer to go on, I encountered a Miss Shannon aka "Big Country" who had it emblazoned in blue ink across her neck on the left side. You can't spell awesome without "Shannon"! The workers were friendly and appeared to be friends I enjoyed all half hour I spent inside the store messing around!

Excellent truck stop great location, very friendly staff clean restroom but all the urinals well taken out for some reason. Arby's I always stop in there every trip west and I go there quite often. It is always good
