This place just got remodeled and it is super nice now.
Big automatic doors that let you in, nice clean restrooms, super friendly staff, even fancy new shopping carts.
Need that prescription filled ? Got that too. Even got those parking places for curb side pickup 🙌

A lot of people leave a bad review. Personally, I used to shop there. Then I became an employee. (Still shop there).
If you come into MY store, into MY department, produce, and I don’t provide you with, “jump over the counter” service, then, I don’t belong there. Granted, there may be an employee, or two, that may not be as friendly as they could be, but overall, we have a great team. Starting with our store director, Austin Bird, all the way down the line. If you’re ever in MY store, and you can’t find someone to help you, look for me. I WILL drop what I’m doing to help you find whatever you’re looking for. I take care of MY customers. Thank you for your time.

Brookshire’s was recently updated in 2022. The bakery had the biggest and best updates. The cakes are equally beautiful as they are delicious.

It's a nice store with good prices

I had to quickly run into Brookshires for a few items and the very friendly attentive Manager Samantha came up to me and asked if I have seen this week's flyer? She then started telling me their BUY 1 GET 1 FOR PENNY SPECIALS.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, they always have amazing sales and exceptional pricing. The new remodel looks beautiful and with the addition of a new butcher meat case this store is even better now.

The store is renovating/remodeling and is getting a great fresh look. All refrigerator cases and so much variety to choose from. I do hope you offer more variety in dog food. That would be good. Maybe bring back a little make-up. Don't forget the shopper's incentives please. I love coming here since it's basically my only social life. Lol. Thanks for the hard work and good customer service.

Been living in Sweetwater for a few years now, originally from gulf coast. Love this store! The managers and staff are sooo helpful and hard working. I have seen the head manager step up to sack groceries or solve a problem without missing a beat. Customer service is not dead!!! Keep up the good work y'all! Produce, meat, deli, pharmacy, bakery I believe are all excellent, but since the renovation -even better. I can find value buys too! The cashiers (esp. Linda) and the sackers (esp. Kyle) do a wonderful job and are friendly.

Great place to shop for groceries.

I worked at this store when it was Village a "few" years ago when I was in high-school. They are remodeling now..so, it's kind of a mess. But, I have been satisfied with them for a long time. Much easier than the other place to get groceries! Great products, pricing, and service!

Fresh produce, expanding alternative diet options, butcher, deli, and fish market, bakery, growing ready-to-go options, coldest beer in town, plentiful fancy cheeses, helpful staff, friendly pharmacy, nice wine selection, nice fresh flowers, updated facade, self check out. Hard to say anything negative. All around impressive.

Karron in frozen foods was especially helpful and welcoming on our first visit. We were happy to learn about the customer reward program and discounts for first responders, veterans/military and seniors. Great market!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. And they don't hover over you or make you feel uncomfortable!
They also have a 'MEAT-COMBO' THAT'S A REALLY GOOD DEAL! 4 MEATS FOR $19.95! AND USUALLY FRESH VEGGIE DEALS! GOOD SIZE BAGS FOR $2!

Best quality meats around at great prices. Wonderful deli selection. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Some products are not lain out intuitively in the store and I haven't asked a question yet that someone couldn't quickly answer. Pet supplies are a bit overpriced, but for people food, the quality and selection is great.

Newly remodeled, modern supermarket. Excellent produce section. Good deals on meats. Other products very neatly displayed. IMHO they are doing it right.

The variety of products here may be slightly lower then the "other grocery store in town", but the far better shopping experience more than makes up for it. No out of control children, no middle of aisle family reunions, just a pleasant and friendly in-and-out grocery shopping experience. We shop there at least once a week.
