Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Sweetwater

Book this hotel if you’re looking for incredible water pressure in the shower. I don’t think it’s possible for it to get any higher. It also gets HOT. One wrong 1mm turn of the knob and you’re burning in hell with satan himself. I approve. No cold flaccid showers here.

Dog friendly/kid friendly. Staff is super friendly. Very clean!

OMG! We found this incredible place after a 3 week trip staying at all kinds of hotels. The manager and desk clerk were soooo friendly and “knock you over” courteous. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay sooo memorable. Hot fresh cookies awaiting our arrival. Evening nacho bar was great…breakfast even better, with an attendant there asking what she could get for us. Room was clean, neat and comfy beds. Direct TV with huge screen! If you miss this one you’ll be cheating yourself out of a great overnight stay.

Super easy access off the highway, comfortable beds, and great breakfast is a bonus but the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Lisa M is an absolute gem- her service is above and beyond and I would stay here again based soley on how amazing she is.

Another fabulous stay at Microtel!
Heather greeted us at 11pm with a smile on her face and was so friendly. She made me feel at home right away.

Paula chatted with my 3 yr old at 6am breakfast lol. She is so kind and patient. She also made sure my family and I were accomadated.

These two ladies put the "sweet" in Sweet Water, Texas. Thank you both for making our stay so lovely ❤

Lisa was an absolute dream. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the Staff was without a doubt the best I have delt with in along time.

Very large newer rooms. Great service all weekend long. Could not have asked more from the staff here.

If you are staying anywhere but here when you are in Sweetwater you're in the wrong place.
Modern, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms, indoor pool area, complimentary freshly baked cookies, excellt coffee.

Last minute check-in. Very courteous and helpful. Clean, great breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Definitely a possible stopping place next time.

Night check-in was very friendly and his service was prompt. Clean hotel. Nice modern clothing storage and rooms were great to lounge in. TVs are also nice. They put a spread out for breakfast that will insure you get your day started on a full stomach. Cute Texas shaped waffles. Pet friendly too!

Perfect for a one night stay with our two kids. Loved the Texas waffles, the pool, and the fitness center in particular. The room was very comfortable and everything was well taken care of, the staff were all very nice. For the price, this was a really nice place to stay if you are passing through.

Our stay here is always consistent, unlike other places in town.
The customer service: friendly and excellent!
The facility itself: can't ask for better in the area.
The employees: they are all super friendly and will do what they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they even go above and beyond what ANY other hotel in the area would do.

Breakfast: A++ and the attending employee(s) always super friendly.
Pool: a little cold but the kids enjoyed it for the most part.
Workout room: clean and well kept.
Did I mention they have a grill to use outside under their covered back patio?
The General Manager was super friendly and did her best to meet all our requests. It appeared the facility was shorthanded as it appeared she covered multiple shifts but who isn't short handed these days?
Overall, I would not choose another place for lodging while in Sweetwater and would definitely recommend for anyone!

Staff was nice & helpful, room was clean with comfy beds, pillows, & a light comforter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as well as the complimentary breakfast! The lady that checked us out this morning walked us through the rewards program we had no idea about how to work. Thank you guys so much!

Got stuck in this hotel during a bad winter storm. The staff was super sweet, they even made chili for guest! This truly was like staying with family! Thank you to the staff who kept everyone safe and lightened the mood for everyone there! 100% recommend completely! Rooms were nice and all up to date as well and nice breakfast!

I was caught in a heavy ice storm coming through Texas and had to find a hotel for the night. The hotel itself was even better than I imagined it would be but the morning staff, front desk, manager and others were absolutely wonderful! They were not just friendly, but exceeded any expectations of excellent customer service. They made a rough trip a little brighter gave me their best hospitality even going as far as helping me get the thick layer of ice off of my windshield so I could finish my drive in the morning, and prevented me from almost cracking my windshield.
My room was even very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was unusually and wonderfully strong!
Even in an ice storm the staff were all smiles and exceptionally gracious. Wonderful stay! I’d definitely return and recommend.

Very clean nice hotel. Room was a little small comparatively but it suited my needs. Staff was friendly, very informative and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning my room while I was out! Very good breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt. Offered complimentary bottled water. Much appreciated as I needed a comfortable and quiet place to unwind. Would highly recommend! God bless you all.
