I noticed the manager was the server, so i asked him, 'before i order, is all the food here fresh, or has it been out a while?' I mentioned to the him that the last time i came there a few days ago my breadsticks were kind of cold/hard and I asked him why they no longer put cooking expiration times on the box when you buy personal pizzas and breadsticks. I was actually very surprised at the response he gave me. 1st, he apologized, and then he said, to fix this problem, i'll make your order fresh right now. Then he informed me that whenever you come, anytime if you want your order done fresh right at that moment, you can ask to have your pizza, wings, breadsticks or whatever prepared at that time if you don't mind waiting. I told him, thanks, i didn't know that and then I told him, 'you're a pretty good manager'. 'Most of the people that work there seem to be in a rush or dont really care all that much if your food is done right or not'. To my SURPISE, he said, 'I'm not a manager, i just work here'. 'Hey, this is my job, & that is how i feed my family.' 'If you don't come anymore, then i'm out of a job, right?'
I was almost floored!! - Wish i could have gave that guy a tip! I asked him his name. He said Bobby. I hope you guys are training all your employees to be as good as this guy is! Thank You

Very fresh, very tasty, very polite employees! If you like pizza hut, this is no different from your local sit down restaurant except for not having salad but the other restaurant has a salad bar

This Pizza Hut is miles better than the big store in town. Even though it’s in a truck stop it’s clean, quick, fresh and the staff attentive.

The guy running the register was hateful but the Manager was very professional and amazing. She defiantly made up for his rudeness.

People do not waste your money here! Personal pizza will cost you just as much as a large one. You’re better off finding a real Pizza Hut. You do not have to get food from here Sweetwater is literally 2 miles up the road

Send my friend to get me a large pizza 🍕 instead of large pizza 🍕 I got this of full price

Was just here and was told they don't open until 10am. So me and hubby said we would wait. We were then informed via someone's big mouth shouting from the back "we won't be open till maybe 10:45/11:00" and the reason was because we are running behind. Imagine if all businesses were run that way.

Buy a bag of chips from the gas station but don’t go there even if you are starving.

Every time when I get there, they never had bake wing!!!
