StoreEase Self Storage

We rented a storage unit for six months at the Oxford, AL location. The company is top notch to work with, and very customer service oriented. The Oxford facility is very nice, and very clean. Plus, it's climate controlled. If you're looking for a storage facility, I would definitely recommend StoreEase!

Lee Ellen was wonderful and helped me get into my storage locker. She worked very fast which was appreciated because it was cold outside. She is very kind and helpful. What a good asset to the team!!

I was a little skeptical about something virtual, but I’m so glad I came here to rent my storage unit! Peyton was very kind and helpful, answered any questions I had and helped me get logged into the app and explained how it all works! So overall it was a great experience with great customer service and I highly recommend!

It's very close to state of the art facility. The app makes for easy access to the storage facility & the units. I was able to get help quickly with my app through a remote tech. Now it works flawlessly. Buttons in the app open facility & unit doors. The facility is climatized & very clean. It was impressive.

I have had the privilege of speaking to Courtney on several occasions, from another state. SHE IS AMAZING AT HER JOB!!! I needed help with account as well as mobile app issues.
