The nurse practitioner was very informative and helpful. The kiosk check-in was easy. I think it should be better advertised that you need to register online. This seems to be the new normal practice but not everyone is online or understands technology.

I’ve been living back in Alabama for three months now and this is the first time I’ve had to see a Dr. I am really sick. Upon arriving I had maybe a 5 min wait. All the staff from the nurse, the one who did my chest x ray and the nurse practitioner were all amazing. I highly recommend this walk in clinic if you need to be seen right away.

My son had an allergic reaction from a hornet sting. As a mom I rushed into the lobby panicked and yelling for help. The staff immediately came and got my son into a room and started working on him. Once they got him stabilized they also checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. These individuals were my calm in the storm and are definitely in the right field to care for people. Thank you so much! You made a really bad day tolerable and thanks to your quick treatment my son is recovering well at home! Forever grateful!

The three crew members that staffed the facility while I was there on 3/11/24 were excellent. They made a great team of professionals.

I dont have to seek medical assistance often but I've never had anything short of an excellent experience there.

I love main Street. I struggle with anxiety about doctors office visits and every time I come here I'm seen quickly, made to feel comfortable, and fixed right up. And whenever had a problem they couldn't fix, they set me up to see someone who could help and called to follow up and see how I was doing. I'm really thankful we have them in our town

Always have had great service here from getting a DOT physical to not feeling well and just needed to check up. Sometimes the service can be slow but the app is fantastic about letting you check in online and giving you a time to actually head to the clinic staff is always friendly, and even reached out to us letting us know they are willing to be our primary care physician

I created an appointment with the online portal and luckily didn’t have to wait very long once I arrived. The nurses were very friendly and was able to give me what I needed to get feeling better. I would definitely recommend for a short notice appointment when you’re feeling sick.

My grandson (28) was sick. He had had COVID and even though he tested negative after a week, he was still running fever and having chills. Getting an appt. was awful! You can't talk to anyone locally. All you can do is listen to an automated recording that tells you how to secure your place in line. We were #69 and it took us over 7 hours to see a doctor! You're lucky you got one star!

Staff at the office is great. The checking process sucks and they can’t do anything to correct a small issue like me registering with my initals and made me re-register then bump me to the end of line to wait (and didn’t tell me that) even though I told her I was standing in the clinic for my called appt time…… 2 hrs later was finally seem. You would think if they aren’t going to have a real person at the desk they would at least be able to correct something as simple a misspelled name!!!!

Friendly and thorough service. I love the convenience of not having to sit in a waiting room forever. They text me when my appointment is close and I can wait at the house until they do.

It is as great. The main reason was the nice folks and Dr.’s knowledge. I don’t particularly like all the technology involved with the appointment process. But, that’s the world we live in today.

I had to wait a few hours but I understand that because it’s the crazy time of year with people getting sick. The great Dr. and all the nurses were on top of their game and I would gladly go there again when I’m sick! Thanks for all you do!

I didn’t have to wait long at all because I had checked in online. The staff and the doctor was very helpful and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience since I’ve been going there.

Have used their medical services a number of time and found the staff friendly, helpful and will take the time to explain your problems and what their recommendations are or what they will do. They are excellent if you have a medical emergency but dont want to go on down to the hospital.

Great service and treatment every time I have to use Urgent Care! The staff are wonderful! Keep up the great work!

Affordable, clean and knowledgeable staff make every experience great here! My girls prefer Main Street over their PCP. Both nurse practitioners here are very thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for all your urgent care needs! They see adults for primary care too if you meet the requirements. Also, the online registration cuts back on the wait time in the clinic tremendously. The medical assistants, including front desk are very sweet and caring!
