Walmart Supercenter

December 1, 2023, 6:30 a.m. I made a quick coffee run for work and as I was going through self checkout, the register didn't give me my correct change. It shorted me $40. The girl that was working self checkout was alone and there were plenty of customers, but she made sure she resolved my problem as quickly as she could and was extremely apologetic. I appreciated her kindness and the fact that she didn't get frustrated or act like I did something wrong. I'm pretty sure her name was Stephanie. 5 stars for great customer service!!

Great place to shop in and online. I really enjoy that I don't have to all ways go in store and walk around. It's really convenient for me to get them to do my shopping.

My review is on a wonderful cashier named Kelly, we always go to Trussville Walmart because it is not very far from our house. We were in Walmart in Oneonta Walmart on Monday and a lady named Kelly was so very nice and sweet to me, I have high blood pressure and was feeling really hot she came over to where I was sitting asked me if I was okay, got me a water ..Please send her to Trussville..lol, but She was an amazing help to me and so extremely kind...Thank you Kelly, and whoever hired her... You know I thought I would never say this I've been there just about every Walmart in United States and I've always had to wait lines I was at this store today it has to be around 4 or 5:00 one of the busiest parts today and I still didn't have to wait in line good job guys keep it up

Auto shop customer service was very courteous. Jace and his team made me feel heard and provided quick and respectful service. I will return if in the area.

Just got baby aspirin and 2 prescriptions this time. Pleasant experience since it was black Friday. No one else was at the pharmacy.

So much better than the gardendale location. This location has real cashiers, correct prices and clean bathrooms. Also when I see employees, they are working!

I was able to find everything I needed easily. I checked out easily, and all personnel were friendly and attentive.

That was my first time there at the Oneonta store and when I was trying to find info on a TV, a salesperson came to ask if I needed help and i showed him what I was looking for that was supposed to be there and he did everything possible in helping until we found the exact model. Thank you.

Thankful for help with purchasing a large item that wouldn't fit in my vehicle. The garden center was very helpful, placing my item on hold and then loading it the next day for my daughter.

I used to dread going to Walmart because when checking out there would usually be 2 or 3 registers open during peak times, the lines would be so long they would almost reach the middle of the store, and every cashier i have ever had that checked me out ( except for one) were extremely rude, rolling their eyes like it was a problem to stand in one spot and ring up a few groceries. Please correct me if I’m wrong but they applied for the job, they were hired for the job, so can’t they at least be a little thankful they have a job? There are so many unemployed people out there that would give anything to have that job. The main one I’m talking about acted like she just hated being there. If it was not for the consumer, these people wouldn’t have a job. Now the self checkouts…( which i love btw) the cashiers better tighten up before they are all replaced with a computer! When i use the self checkout i don’t have to deal with anyone that may have rolled out of the bed on the wrong side.. Keep your attitudes to a minimum, we are the ones that basically give you that pay check every week. Smile a little, you would be surprised how much better your day would be. Rant over😁 oh and…. other than that lil issue i love Walmart

Love Walmart but is always out of certain items I need

The nicest Wally World experience. The employees actually smile and are helpful. The store is clean enough, and even the shoppers are relatively pleasant to be around.

For a Walmart this one is pretty well organized. You can plan your trip in advance and the aisles are very well marked. Saves a lot of time by having to amble up and down aisles for hours.

Great service friendly staff and staff is very knowledgeable. They have very kind and southern hospitality.

I went inside and the customer service was excellent. They made most of my Christmas shopping easy. I still went elsewhere for a few items, but I found much of what I needed on the app and I'm store.
