Express Oil Change & Service Center

I recently visited Express Oil Change and Service Center and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable. The technicians were highly skilled and completed the oil change quickly and professionally. Not only was the service top-notch, but the pricing was fair and transparent. I left feeling confident in my vehicle's maintenance and grateful for the excellent customer experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of reliable and friendly oil change service.

Always a great experience with Express! Steven was so kind & informative...even shared his testimony with me & invited me to church! Jacob also extended help with my blinker that was out. Always sharing laughs with these people! I'd give them 10 stars if it were an option. Go Redskins!

5/22/2024: Steven, a new employee, greeted me warmly and professionally when I arrived today. He kept me apprised; he patiently and articulately discussed the Service Review; he handled my checkout. I wish all young men could be as courteous as he is. The oil change truly was quick, too!

Huge shoutout to Mike and Jacob for always showing professionalism during every visit. As someone who travels many miles a month, my oil changes are more frequent than most. I am always met with a smile and made to feel comfortable each time. See you guys again soon!

Billy did a fantastic job of helping me update the information on my 2003 Ranger (formerly my grandmother’s before she passed away in December). He and the team did a fantastic job tuning her up and helping keep her in tip top shape.

I pulled in and in less than a minute the staff was out at my car with pen and pad. It’s 30 degrees here today. I told them what I needed and they immediately put me over the rack to address my oil issues and need. They were prompt and courteous. I would definitely come back and recommend this business to others.

These guys take care of their customers! Top notch! I’ve been blown off about my truck, took it to these guys, told them what I was feeling, $20 advanced inspection, told me what was wrong with it, got me a quote and had it back to me even before they originally planned! Considering they are FULL service, they will get ALL of our business from now on! Instead of waiting on my shocks to come in, they found them and went and picked them up! They were able to align my truck with no trouble! I have a lifted mega cab dually. There’s nothing they can’t do! Thank you so much to Jacob, Tracy and the rest of the crew!

This shop is my new go to. They have the best customer service I’ve ever received from any shop, let alone the actual service they provide. They do not try to hustle you, only to help you.
