House Of Brides Couture

House of brides was the third and final bridal shop I visited, the other shops selection had me worried I was going to have to settle for a dress I didn’t love.
I was paired with Christine who was
professional, respectful and so considerate throughout the entire process. She was aware of my needs as a bride and offered lots of insightful guidance. There was no pressure or personal opinions. It was about what I wanted. The selection was much bigger than what I had experienced elsewhere and that was lovely because you want to see a lot of dresses to make sure you’re not missing out on what could be the one! I went there with a certain dress in mind but while browsing I found one that I fell in love with that looked nothing like what I had expected to pick. I was able to stay within my budget and that’s including the alterations to the gown and accessories. I would hands-down recommend this bridal shop. Christine‘s measurements were so well taken that when the dress arrived, it fit like a glove! However, Ruth was my seamstress and she put in the bussel and a few minor adjustments to ensure it laid perfectly.

We had a wonderful time here. Our consultant, Haneen, was sweet and very eager to assist us. She listened to our requests and was cognizant of our time.
We went to five different salons in one weekend and House of Brides provided us the best experience out of all of them. Would highly recommend.

I brought my now sister in law to the house of brides literally 2 months before her wedding in need of a dress!😬 The service was exceptional! They were sooooooo patient and even stayed past store hours briefly, trying on dresses and not making her feel rushed! We had no time to order, but they had plenty of
"off the rack" dresses at a reasonable price. She lucked up and found the perfect dress that suited her for a theocratic wedding. Bravo 👏🏾 house of brides 👰‍♂

I got my wedding dress from here and the staff was wonderful and helpful. Diane was my consultant did pulled dresses with all of the specific details I wanted. Ruth the alterations woman did an amazing job making the dress perfect and fit to me. I had to add straps to my dress (not what I originally wanted) but she added details to the straps that made the dress even better.

Maha was so friendly and helpful! She picked dresses based on the pictures I showed her and all of her picks were great. She even let me browse the floor…..some places do not allow you to. When I found the one, she said “I’ve been smiling nonstop under this mask”. She was a rockstar and I will be asking for her when I go in to try on some veils.

I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in. Christine was so helpful. The dress selection was large and the styles were varied. I found a beautiful dress within my budget today. And we got complimentary champagne to celebrate the occasion. Thanks so much!

House of Brides let me schedule a last minute walk-in appointment to see a few very specific bridal dresses. The appointment was run by Mariann, who did an incredible job and was such a pleasure to work with! She genuinely wanted me to find THE dress and was not pushy at all. I ended up loving one of the dresses (and veil) and coming back to order the following day. Mariann was so helpful throughout the process and even made recommendations for alterations that would make me love it even more.

I was hesitant about coming here after reading many of the poor reviews. Having only 40 days until my wedding I was absolutely sure I was going to have a very difficult time finding a dress especially consisting they have to order dresses and they take many months so I only had the sales rack option. When I arrived I was created by the front desk woman who was extremely kind and helpful. My sales associate was super nice and very interested in helping me. My appointment was only suppose to be an hour and by the time I was done I had spent over 2.5 hours and not once was I rushed or made to feel bad. The sales associate helped me pick out a bunch of dresses and I tried on almost Eveything on the sales rack. When I couldn’t find anything I liked the manager came over and was so wonderful. I wanted to purchase a dress I found off the rack that I wasn’t in love with. It was pretty and I was going to settle in it but it was a half size too small. The manger was so honest with me about the cost of alterations due to the material and the areas that would need to be adjusted. She could have just let me spend the 700 and said nothing to me to make a sale but she didn’t. She advised me not to get it as the alterations would be extremely costly and take a long time. The manager then went out of her way and allowed me to pull dresses from the racks (of which they do not sell off the rack) so that I couldn’t find my dream dress and have it in time for my wedding. I have never been treated more kindly and had a better bridal visit (and I have had over 5 at various location). I am not sure if it’s because it’s underneath new management or if I got lucky with the staff that day but it was truly an amazing experience.

Diana is simply AMAZING!!!!! This was my first ever experience going wedding dress shopping and she just made everything go so pleasant and smooth. She gave honest feed back, she gave nice suggestions to options once we found what style I was into, and I I never felt pressured. Once I made my decision everything again went smoothly, she explained my charges, and even helped me when I had to make some last min changes at the end. Thank you so much again.

I went to House of Brides after a horrible experience at another store, I was worried about this visit. It was an evening appointment and we had the whole store to ourselves which made it a lot easier to look. Christine was my consultant and we went over everything I wanted, she said she was there to help me in any way and it would be a better experience that the previous one I had. We went through the racks and the sale rack and found a great selection of dresses; with Christine right there helping me I said YES to the dress!!!
I can not say enough about the staff that we meet that night. The customer service was better then great and I am so glad I went!!!!

I’ll admit that I was very apprehensive to order my dress from this particular location, but I sure am glad I did!

Between my appointment when I ordered my dress until it was due to come in, the management changed rather abruptly. However it seems I should be thankful it did!

Joanne was a wonderful, professional contact that really went above and beyond to guarantee someone else’s promise. The store is extremely lucky to have her leadership, and as long as she is there I will be happy to recommend future brides through your doors!!

My bridal appointment was amazing! Diana my consultant made my experience memorable. She helped me go through the beautiful bridal gowns with my specific requests and style in mind. My aunt, future mother-in-law, and my 2 best friends were with me, we were a crazy loud group. Diana was patient and attentive with us and listened to our opinions with each dress I tried on. She didn't pressure me to buy a gown right there and then. Which I appreciated! I went back a couple days later with my mom to show her the dress I fell in love with. With a great customer service and a beautiful gown, I said yes to my dress! I can't wait to wear my dress on my special day! Thank you Diana!

I came to House of Brides with no expectation of finding a dress. I had a tight budget and very high standards. The staff was so pleasant, kind, and very helpful. My consultant Aiya picked a dress for me to try on based on what I had described - this turned out to be my dream dress! She offered to work with me and my budget in the best ways possible and the manager of the store even came over to confirm the discounted price as well as tell me I look great. I am so appreciative to House of Brides for making this dream come true! Thank you!

Diana is the best Bridal gown assistant I've ever had. She understands the look you are going for with one for explanation. I love her experience and her eye for details. She makes you feel as if you are her daughter when asked her honest transparent answers. With her patience I found the most, friendliest beautiful gown for my special day!

Amazing customer service and great selection of absolutely stunning gowns! I was nervous going into my appointment because I am extremely picky but my consultant Margie was phenomenal!

Margie was absolutely patient while my entourage pulled a dozen gowns for me to try. She made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to me and the group.

Happy to say that I found my perfect gown! Can't wait for it to arrive!!! ❤👰🏻

Maha and Joann were amazingly helpful in our bridal search today! They were patient, extremely helpful and so sweet while our bride tried on a variety of dresses until she found the PERFECT one! The two of them went out of their way at every turn to ensure the dresses (bride and bridesmaids) were exactly what we were looking for, would arrive on time and were within our ideal budget. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience at House of Brides. What a team!

I had such a fun and productive experience at my bridal appointment! I said yes to the dress with my mom and a couple of my bridesmaids. We celebrated with champagne and the girls viewed bridesmaid dresses after. My consultant Diana made herself solely available and dedicated to finding my dream dress. It was a day I'll never forget!!

I started off a little hesitant of House of Brides only because of their lower star rating on Google and an experience my friend had here about a year ago, but figured I would still give it a try. As soon as we pulled up, there were HUGE signed in the window stating "Under New Management". This place was wonderful and Margaret was SOOOO helpful! I explained a little bit of what I was looking for, but it was only my second day shopping, so i didn't know exactly what I wanted. Margaret explained where the as-is/purchase today/discounted section was and my sister, mom, and myself started there while Margaret took to the full priced section. I was so comfortable the entire time. Never felt rushed or pushed to purchase a dress. Once i narrowed down what i liked, Margaret had some of the other girls in the store pull other dresses that might fit the way i was going. They worked with me on the price of the dress I really liked (if i took the sample). In the end, i didn't end up buying a dress from them, only because i couldn't convince my fiance to be flexible on our budget (we have a super strict budget since we're having a destination wedding AND paying for it ourselves). I would absolutely go here again and i am recommending to everyone! Thank you!!!

The best first experience EVER!!!!! I’m getting married in 4 months so I didn’t have time to order a dress on such short notice & had to pick from the rack. Christine K. did an outstanding job in helping me pick out the most beautiful dress for my special day along with offering her services to my mom & sister. The manager Joanna was very pleasant to work with as well....best place & people to go to find a beautiful gown. I’m not sure what people have experienced before I went but They also have new management if that helps.

I had gone to many stores trying to find the right dress for my wedding. There were a few dresses I was considering but none of them quite felt right. My mom and I went to House of Brides on a Monday evening. Mary Ann took care of us. She was wonderful. She was determined to help me find just the right dress. I tried a few and liked them but then she said she remembered a new dress that came in that she thought was exactly what I was looking for. I tried it on and tears came to my eyes. I felt beautiful! I went home that night excited but needed to think about it. I went back the next day and bought it!
