Bought a washing machine and they were able to install the next business day. Price was very fair. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and the washer is working well. I'll look here first when in the market for another appliance.

Quality Appliance came to our rescue,

We bought matching appliances from a national big box store, and had a bad experience with the gas range giving off high carbon monoxide levels, and the big box store and the manufacturer kept pointing the finger at us stating it was our gas pressure - it took over 3 months to return the gas range and get our money back, even after we had the gas company tested the gas pressure. We were without a working gas range for over 3 months - the big box store and the range manufacturer didn’t seem to care?

We then went on the hunt for a new range, not sure if we should buy new or scratch and dent, as we didn’t know if it we would have a similar experience and problems with carbon monoxide.

When we arrived at Quality Appliances in Farmington NM, and explained the situation to Chris, Daniel, and Ray , the most noticeable thing they did was listen to our experience with the big box store. They also showed us the gas pressure they use to do service in their shop, and when we decided on the Thor gas range , they even hooked it up and tested it for us to make sure it was at
least working in their shop before we mad the 80 mile trip back home.

We now are pleased to have a wonderful gas range that is working flawlessly, thanks to the staff at Quality Appliances.

I would highly recommend them , as they were no pressure sales, and made an excellent product recommendation for our application. Their entire staff were helpful, courteous, and understanding.

Wonderful company! I have been a customer at Quality Appliance for years. I have bought quite a few appliances and all have been great. I recently bought an appliance that had an issue. It was a very puzzling one to say the least and was a little difficult to figure out. But Ray and his staff were wonderful and very diligent to get the problem resolved. I have always appreciated the service I have received here and love everything I have bought from them! Great People.. Great Service!

Went in and bought a used drier. Ray spent 1/2 an hour with us picking out exactly what we needed and asked all the right questions. The drier we picked was 1/2 the price of a new one and works perfectly. Told us they would be there in 30 min to deliver and install....they were there in 20 min. Best guys around and they repair everything. Very honest and up front about any other costs.

I wish I could give Quality Appliance 6 stars.... I have purchased every appliance I have bought for 25 to 30 years... would not shop anywhere else for appliances. I’m always treated like I am their number one favorite customer, every single time.. but this time they went above and beyond and got my refrigerator from Whirlpool replaced completely. This would not have happened if I had to try and do it on my own. Besides wanting their customers to be completely 100% satisfied, they act in such a timely manner. Thank you to Ray and his staff!

My family has bought their dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge though Quality Appliance and have received nothing but the best service each time. The same day delivery on our stove was an absolute god send. Thank you, Danial and all of the other amazing employees, you guys are amazing.

I have had a few exp.'s with Quality Appliance, all of which were fantastic. From start (scheduling) to finish (getting the issues assessed and fixed) they were top notch. There is a reason they have been in business for so long and I found out first hand just why. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!!

I have lived in this town for a long time and every appliance I've purchased was from Quality. The service department had the part on the van and it was very well priced. Definitely would recommend.
