Highland Quarters

Highland Quarters is a really great place to live. Pretty great rates, nice living spaces, and great staff. They host cool events and recently added a nice coffee bar. Definitely reccomend to ISU students

I've had a great time living here so far. The residents are very friendly and I was able to make some amazing new friends upon moving in here. I look forward to the rest of my time at Highland Quarters.

I have been living here for two years now and I haven’t had any issues. Well maintained apartment complex right across the university.

I really enjoyed my time here at highland! The only reason I didn’t sign another lease was because I graduated and moved out of terre haute. I loved that each room had their own bathroom, the fact that it came fully furnished, and had a full kitchen! The parking garage was wonderful in the winter and summer time and I loved that I had a set spot every time I came in. The set up they had for packages was awesome and I enjoyed using the gym! They responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner and I would honestly say I have no complaints! I loved how close it was to campus and I felt safe there!

Highland Quarters does not get the recognition it deserves. I have been living at Highland for about 3 years now and I have no complaints. Staff is friendly, maintenance is punctual, and the resident events are always fun. They even do monthly resident check ins to make sure we’re not having any issues, if we have any they come back and fix it. My roommate overstuffed the washing machine and broke the belt, Adam came and fixed it same day. My experience is great and I will be renewing my lease for the 3rd year!

I am extremely satisfied with my time at Highland Quarters! I have now been here for 3 years and there is never a time when I regret my decision. Compared to other student housing properties this place is unbeatable. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and they are fully furnished. Its's the perfect apartment for when you're new to adulting! On campus, I was paying about over $10,000 for housing and came here and paid a little over $7,000! They work with students who have financial aid, and if you're late on your rent, they will set up a payment plan to help keep you on track. No actual apartment has ever done this for me! If you ask me, I would say sign at HQ with no hesitation. I have personally never had a problem at HQ and think anyone would love to live here! Thank you HQ!

This is a great move in ready apartment for anyone! My favorite part is not having to share a bathroom with my roommates, because everyone has their own in their rooms. The staff are super friendly and are always on site to help you. It is also super convenient if you go to Indiana State University, because campus is right across the street.

This was the first lease I had signed, and it has been a great experience so far. The staff is amazing, the amenities are just as advertised, etc. Highland is a great place for college students looking to live off campus but still within walking distance to campus.

The apartments themselves are pretty great and being so close to campus is a definite plus. The staff is always very friendly, especially Precious. I’ve lived here one year already and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is quick and works hard.

I have lived here the past 6 months and I could not be any happier with this place! Staff is awesome and the building is so clean. Nothing better than living in a clean, staff friendly, and amazing apartment. Highland is home away from home for me and it feels like I have never left!

What I love the most about living here is that I walk to school! It's very convenient at so many levels. I also love the computer lab and study rooms!

Highland Quarters is by far the BEST choice for student housing in the heart of downtown Terre Haute! The location of the community is in a beautiful, vibrant area. Community policies are enforced, so it is not likely you will see things like pets running around and destroying the property or landscaping. Leashes required! The staff is super polite and helpful. Maintenance is highly responsive to work orders/requests. Residents are genuinely taken care of here!

Living here has been a great experience! I love that it's so close to campus and that it has great amenities like the gym! An elevator ride down to the gym is far better than a walk across campus to the rec

I have lived at highland quarters since August 2017 and have had zero complaints! I recently renewed my lease for another year here because I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else during my last year of college. The staff is super nice and always quick to get back with you which is a plus. 😊

My daughter and her friends lived here last year and really enjoyed their stay! Lots of fun activities for residents and very responsive maintenance staff!

Being a resident since August 2017, the Highland Quarters is a beautiful place to select as your next apartment! To compliment having a workout facility, study rooms, computers, and social events in the lobby at your disposal, HQ especially has the most caring and kindest office staff I have ever been around in my 4 years at Indiana State University. To cover some of the staff, Shelby is so very sweet, kind, and understanding. Chance is extremely bright and helpful in any situation one may have. Cara is a G, period. AJ, Paul, Spencer, Brianna, Maddy, and Cassie are all on staff at HQ as well and are all super nice, caring, and genuine people that will help make your stay at HQ wonderful! Lastly, Chris the maintenance guy is funny as it gets and was always kind and quick to help as well! Ultimately, the A+++ office staff to compliment HQ's bonus features along with being next door neighbors to ISU campus and Insomnia Cookies makes this place extremely worth signing a lease with!

I really enjoyed my time at Highland Quarters. The staff was nice and always responded in a timely manner. I also enjoyed the gym and it was always clean. The garage was a nice perk as well.

I really like this apartment so far. My roomates are great and I feel like the distance from classes is convinent. And the gym is really good here.

This place is amazing! I love how I get my own washer and dryer instead of having to share with the entire floor. The staff is always there to help. They answer any questions I have and they’re very friendly.
