I have gone to several post offices and Macomb's is by far the nicest and most friendly staff I've worked with.

I would give 1 star, but the staff is very kind. Had a package that I suppose I had to sign for, but I missed them. The mail person left a slip in my box, but it was barely filled it. It simply said they missed me signing it, my address, and what my package was. About half of the slip isn't filled out, so I'm not sure the reason why this occurred.

I'm always getting the neighbors mail never mine if she would stay off her phone and pay attention she might get it right I don't get her wages to have to deliver someone else's mail to them every day it's beginning to be irritating GET OFF YOUR PHONE WHEN DELIVERING MAIL AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR DOING

I have issue with only our weekday rural deliverer. EVERY OTHER DELIVERER including the weekend USPS guy delivers our packages well and on time. They have no issues. This weekday deliverer however had left packages in the ditch, lost a rebate that was found in the ditch by the highway, and left us every excuse in the book to not deliver packages. She is quite awful. Today it was because she didn’t want to walk in the dirt or was scared of our 9 lb, friendly dog. I think she is just lazy and making excuses. She chose the wrong job, but honestly i don’t know what job you could hold if you refuse to get out of your car because you are afraid to walk in the dirt. I even tried to get the packages at the post office and couldn’t because she still had them on her route. And the office had 30 minutes til close so i couldn’t go back that day. I’m sorry but she is the all time worst.

I had too many bad experiences at this location. To start things off they would constantly send me mail that was not mine [family member w/ same last name(occurring everywhere everyday, not rare)]even after I filled several requests/spoke in person to post master regarding the inconvenience it causes receiving someone's mail who lives 80 miles away and having to constantly hand deliver myself, I had them hold my mail [standard practice offered at any USPS location] only for them to lose my mail, I had to sit there for several hours while they searched for my mail because the employee who had it had left for the day, then when I put in a change of address with the intention of picking up my mail for the last time, they only gave me a part of my mail saying that my informed delivery was wrong & refused to look for it thus making me have to wait for it to be returned to sender and sent again for absolutely no reason other than laziness. I'll avoid this location at all costs moving forward.

Something seriously need to happen here. Whoever delivers our mail is incompetent. We have complained and we were told that they did not have to stop and get our mail. Which, whatever. But we were told that we will always get our newspaper. Well funny thing is I can’t seem to get that and the first time we didn’t have mail taken and we complained, it was a Tuesday when we are supposed to get our paper. Today I have a package out for delivery (yet wasn’t delivered) and no paper again on a Tuesday. This is ridiculous.

I've had run ins with the mailman and the post master. The mail man can't do his job in the rain, snow or if you have a dog. The post master is incompetent and can't do her job or handle customer service. It's never her fault or her postal workers fault. She puts blame on you if something is wrong. The postmen never reported my box was damaged before placing it in my box. And her response was many people handled it and so did I. So she blamed me for my package being crushed. She doesn't want to hear your response so she talks louder and over you. She's a pathetic representation of the United States Post Office!

The male staff at the post office are very rude, inconsiderate, and don't actually do their jobs. I came to pick up a package and a worker named Jerry was very facetious and did not find my package. I came back 5 minutes later and the other person working found it within seconds! This is the 2nd time a male employee has been very much less than helpful.
