Torrey Hills

I’ve lived here the last 5 or so years, this is a great community! They always repair anything you need super fast, the staff is great too. Chris and Kristian did some repairs for me today, they were so friendly and super fast. They made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for better maintenance men! I have family and friends that live here we all love it. This is a great family friendly place to live. :)

It's a great community with standards of living, clean and well maintained.. office staff Laura and Sue are top notch when it comes to problem solving and really care about their job and this community..

I’ve live in the Villa for almost 4 years. I’ve had a few maintenance issues and never did I have to worry about them not coming to make repairs. This park has improved with new homes in the last couple years. I would recommend Torrey Hill or the Villa. I simply enjoy the privacy of a modular over an apartment.

I've lived here for 10 months now and I absolutely love it! The staff at torrey hills are amazing. They are understanding and polite. Even when you've accidentally done something wrong, they will approach you in the kindest manner to get it correct.
Honestly. 10/10 reccomend to live here!

Love living here! Great place for families, quiet and peaceful! The office manager Les is fantastic! I called for a maintenance issue and they were here in 15 min and within 40 min the problem was fixed!

Nothing but a great experience so far! Lived in Torrey Hills for almost 2 years and in The Villas for 3 years before that. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue it’s been fixed in a timely manner.

I have not lived in this community although it looks beautiful and well kept. I have applied recently for a maintenance position and I hope to hear back seems like a really great opportunity.

Like Continental North ( in Davison.., ) this Manufactured Home Park also looks like a VERY clean, nice and quiet place to live ! I spoke to one of the Residents, and they said it's just like I described !

Have been to 2 events at
Torrey Hills Clubhouse. Very nice place for intimate parties. Parking is convenient.

Love the community feel and the extra wide streets. Quiet place to reside.

Jennifer was great! Gave us a lot of information. Very courteous and helpful.

Beach is clean and plenty of parking. Water is beautiful.
