I love going to Tyler's not just the service department but when it comes to buying a vehicle too. They helped me get into my new jeep wrangler last year. I have wanted a wrangler for so long and Kevin helped make my dreams come true. I was diagnosed with a rare cancer this year and my jeep ( it's name is TreeHugger) and I have been trying to go to as many jeep events as possible this year and joined a jeep club. We went to jeep fest in Toledo and had our pictures taken at the plant. We even survived Badlands and a few other offroad parks. So to say I'm happy with the jeep Kevin found me when other's failed is an understatement. I had a minor repair done on my 2016 Grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier with everything. Made my appointment and got right in that same week. Repair was done and I was out the door in less than one hour. They're getting all my repair and maintenance work from now on.
