Chuck has been servicing my Moms furnace for a long time.. He's courteous,professional and personable and efficient..He has also been servicing my home since I've moved here. He's great and has extended his knowledge and honesty when asked questions and has gone beyond the initial appointment.. Highly recommend Roberts and glad Chuck is part of their team... Thank you..

My experience with Robert Service Co was very good. Adam was professional but also friendly. He was patient with answering any questions or concerns i had before, during and after the replacement of my water heater & softener. They hauled away my old units and the work area was cleaned up.

There are no words to describe how pleased we are with Adam and Robert's Service. This is the 2nd time we have had to use them and once again everyone at Robert's from the initial phone call with the office to the services performed by Adam was above and beyond. The lady in the office was so patient, professional, kind with us as we were describing the problem and our frustration with the shower situation. Then Adam called and showed up on time (actually early) and took his time evaluating the problem, patiently explaining what was wrong and our options making sure we knew everything up front. Then fixing our shower plumbing issue. Robert's is just amazing and so professional, did a fantastic job. We are customers for life!

We had water in the basement on the morning of the day after Christmas. Chuck was at the house in a couple of hours and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem.

My main sewer line was backing up and these guys were the only company I found with clear pricing. They did a professional job and ran into an issue and were upfront again with what the charges going forward would be and always said they would tell me if problems come up along the way it could be more money. At the end of the day they were able to clear the drain with minimum problems and I'm very happy with the service.
