Great customer service. Got a new phone, completely setup, ready to go. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend, and definitely will be shopping there again.

Not many Radio Shacks left. I know none are the former "Tandy" my only observation is the majority of the reviews are about cellphones? When Tandy AKA Radio Shack was in its prime they didn't sell mobile phones, then they jumped on the bandwagon with everyone else and they unofficially became Cellphone Shack, getting small electronic parts started to get harder. I haven't been in this store yet, I will soon because I need a few things for a project, hopefully they carry what I need, I hate waiting on mail orders from the only other reliable sources (Amazon is not one of them) hope to find what I need in a few days.👍

Give Huckleberry a raise, that man has incredible amounts of patience.

We needed to add two lines to our plan and one of the phones we purchased we needed to switch networks. We were greeted by Jean and she was absolutely amazing, very helpful and very friendly!! Also when we picked our new phones up I was having trouble with my phone and again Jean was there to help us!! We were very pleased with all the great customer service!!!

Ian, was so helpful getting me set up with a replacement phone to use, while my phone was being replaced..he even brought the new one and set it up for me. My husband and I went in Wednesday June 3, 2020 and Jean helped us get new phones. She's very courteous, patient, and awesome!!!! Lovely young woman. She knew exactly what she was doing and she transferred everything to new phone with no problems.

Very helpful answered all my questions was able to guide me in the right selection of watch chargers. Very affordable an fast ship to store. My favorite is that they call you when it's delivered to the store.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are actually genuinely trying to help customers get the best deals and most appropriate equipment. I observed the team actually discouraging a customer from getting a more expensive phone after the team checked the area of cell coverage. Wow!
