White Oak Estates

I love White Oak Estates. It’s a quiet and friendly place to live. The homes are well kept and everyone keeps their yards very nice. Plus the rent pricing is very competitive. The staff at White Oak Estates are some of the best people to work with. The office staff really cares about those of us that live here and the maintenance team is right on things! I haven’t had many issues at all with my leased home. However when I do I just call and someone is usually there to address the issue within the same day or next if it’s late. These people feel like family to me. I would 100% recommend this community if you are looking for a safe, friendly and quiet place to live. Thanks White Oak staff for really making me feel at home here.

My wife and I just passed our 1 year of living here at white oak estates, we love it so much we just signed a 2 year lease. This park has been nothing but great for her and I. Staff is super friendly and very welcoming, we rented the clubhouse for my wife’s bridal shower and the staff was absolutely wonderful with everything! Looking forward to being a long term lease resident! -Anthony

White Oak Estates is a great community and a perfect place to raise a family. I have lived here for 9yrs and I have never had any problems. If you ever have a problem or need help they will get right on it. Thanks White Oaks You Are The Best !

We recently just got our first home in White Oak Estates and Carrie was so helpful and informative in process. The neighborhood is very clean and they are very involved in the community. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend anyone who is interested.

I lived there for almost 2 years and honestly I never had a problem. It was extremely quiet and such a nice place to live. I wish I would've never had to leave but it just got hard to afford to live there with everything going up including rent. But honestly it is such a great place to live.

I have lived in White Oaks Estates 10 years. It's very quiet and a great place to live. If you ever do have questions or a problem the office staff is more than happy to help.

Absolutely wonderful! I don’t have enough space to say all of the great things I have to say about this place. My family and I have been staying here for two years now and has had nothing but an amazing experience here. The office manager, staff and maintenance are beyond great!

Great place to live. Very nice and clean community. Staffs is always available and willing to help. Good maintenance department, they always come out the same day I call.

It's a quite great place to live. Moving here from a different city has made me feel safe and cared about by the staff.

Me and my son have lived here 4years this month they are great from the management team to the maintenance.They respond quickly to any concerns you may have and are very friendly and easy to talk to

My wife and I, along with our three boys moved in almost three weeks ago. From looking at homes to now moving in, the staff have been so kind and so quick to answer questions.

This is the quietist and cleanest community I have ever seen. With “adopting” the lot next to us we gain a bigger yard making it feel more roomy. The whole community is full of trees, parks, walking paths... unreal.

I read reviews left by others and just say, if you pay your bills on time, be a good neighbor, love a community feel... then this is the best place you’ll find! Thank you White Oaks for making us feel so welcome! We absolutely love our beautiful new home!

I've been here for at least 4 years and the staff has ALWAYS been wonderful. It's such a quiet environment, I actually have never felt the need to lock my car or house, the neighbors really look out for each other, without bothering each other.

I moved in White Oak in January 2023 and I must say this place is amazing, they always answer every question I have no matter if it’s big small they have an answer. When it comes to fixing things, they come quick. They watch out for my home when I went on vacations.. they always have things going on in the community and everyone can get involved I love it out there and it’s so quiet and clean . My place is updated and very nice. 🥰🌸🩷

I have lived here for almost 5 years now and the community & everything here is awesome. Its very quite and I never have any issues. The ladies in the office are always so helpful and wonderful to us. Maintenance is great to and will help with anything you need done. I highly recommend living here its a great place. The Community always looks very nice & very kept up. Very Nice park to live in we are so happy to call White Oaks are home :)

I've lived here for 6 or 7 years now. I have great neighbors. ANYtime I've ever had an issue with my home, they've done everything they can to accommodate and fix as soon as possible. I even had office staff leave their 4th of July party (my AC went out) to bring me a window unit until they could get someone out here! Just don't feed the strays...iykyk 😉

I have lived here for around four years and I love it. Small community. I have never had any issues. Thank goodness! But my only complaint is rent is a little high. But all in all a great place to live.
