Turk Lake Restaurant & Bar

Turk Lake Restaurant is the place to be at! It’s usually very busy but we got to enjoy this place on a quiet Sunday. There’s plenty of parking and plenty of tables too! We were going to eat outside on the patio area but changed our minds. With thunderstorms coming our way, we opted for drier seatings. We got some onion rings for appetizers which were real good. My drink was a frozen piña colada. I was not impressed with my drink. As far as my plate of Brisket with Mac N Cheese, was very delicious!! I’d order it again! We look forward to trying other plates in the near future!

I was introduced to this restaurant a short time ago. And it has become one of my favorites. All of the food that I have had, and my family, has been fantastic. I have not found anything I don't like.
The atmosphere is fantastic too. The staff are friendly, and the service was great!
Keep up the great work Turk Lake.

Fantastic food and service! The brisket sandwich my wife had was awesome! Yes I got a bite! I had the hot beef brisket plate and a great salad! I'm a big guy and brought half of mine home. Can't wait for lunch leftovers tomorrow. The waitress was great, always attentive, not buggy. They really appreciated our business. We'll be back soon. 34 minute drive for us. Our food was great and reasonable! We came for the 1st Open Mic Night. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. We'd never been before, but we'll drive the 50 mile drive for another date night 💖

Friendly fast service. Dined outside by the water it was lovely. Definitely will return for live band nights! Burgers are top notch!

Top notch service. Blue gill and fried pickles were delicious and the prices were reasonable.Wish they would have been willing to turn off the central tv, since everyone in the room was there to hear the entertainment, and it was a distraction, but it was a really great place.

We enjoy our monthly family meal at Turk Lake Restaurant. Tonight the food was quick, hot and so so good!! We recommend the Brisket Mac & Cheese!

Locals, we've been coming here for years. Good familiar foods, great service and a lakefront view of Turk Lake.

I was with my husband's Lakeview class of1961...I didn't get her name but we had a really GREAT waitress & think she really deserve to know how much it's appreciated,😊

We usually come on Tuesdays, and I occasionally get the taco special. Some weeks depending on volume, the tacos can be a little cold. However, every menu item I have ever had has been GREAT.

Nice selection of options! Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's also a banquet room you can rent.

Went there for the breakfast and was not disappointed, the bacon was nice and thick.
Husband had the scrambled skillet, we swapped the toast for a pancake.

Great food and great service we love eating here! Still super friendly waitstaff and super great food!! My favorite is the Bluegill platter!! They also have an excellent weekend breakfast!! Still such a great place to have dinner!!

we had a wonderful lunch! pan fried walleye was AMAZING! tender and juicy! the rueben was the best ive ever had, literally melts in your mouth! beer was cold and service is always good!

I would give this place a 4-1/2 Star but I can't do half. I was very happy with everything except the price.

Atmosphere was very nice and outdoorsy and inviting. Really liked the feel and space of the booths. Wish they had couple 4 top-tables near windows overlooking Lake instead of just round 6-8 top tables though. Service was good and friendly as well.

Food was really good. We had a Hangover Burger w/ Fries, Walleye Sandwich w/onion Rings, and Steak w/Onion Rings plus the Gizzard appetizer. All of the entrees and gizzards and fries were all great. Onion rings were good but a little greasy.

The prices I thought were kind of high making the overall bill for 3 people over $70. But I will go back again for a special treat

2 weeks in a row now we have had dinner here at Turk Lake. Waitresses both times were great and good was out quite quickly. The walleye sandwich, shrimp platter and the blue fill dinner were very good. They were all breaded crispy but very thin breading so the flavor of the fish could still be enjoyed. Personally, we both prefer the lighter breading. Usually when breaded shrimp arrive, it looks like the shrimp are quite large but the breading is so thick the small shrimp are lost in it. The shrimp were large with thin breading. Much better.
I wasn't too crazy about the barbecued briscut as it wasn't as tender as I am used to. Also, the sauce covered up the flavor of the briscut. I opted for the walleye sandwich with a side salad - which was an add on, not a substitution as suggested on the menu. Usually when salad is substituted for Cole slaw or cottage cheese, there is a price break on the salad. The upcharge was the same price as the ala carte side salad 3.95.
Worth a trip out and with warmer weather coming, the lakeside patio will be nice to dine on..

Went here while waiting for my truck topper to be installed next door. First time coming here and will definitely be back!
