I have talked to them a couple times. The last one was about an on demand water heater. They gave me great advice and told me straight up what their experience was with these not just come out and do what I ask and get paid. They gave me all the info, their opinion and suggestions and left it up to me to decide what I wanted. To me that is very important and I appreciate doing business with companies like that. I will definitely call them first for any electrical work I may need in the future.

I had Jim's do some work for my company so it wasn't normal 110v household work, at first I wasn't happy with the work they did, and I take part of the blame as I wasn't around when the work was done. After talking with management their they say my point of view and made things right. It is the mark of a good man (and a good company) to admit and correct mistakes.

We recently used Jim's Electric after storm damage knocked out power to our home. We called Jim's Electric and they responded immediately to fix the damages and restore power. We have used Jim's Electric in the past for other electrical work and were completely satisfied with the workmanship and costs. We would recommend Jim's Electric for any electrical work at your home or business.

I called Jim's about a repair that they were doing for the local power company. Staff couldn't have been any nicer. The repair they performed was done properly and very quickly. I will certainly call them if I need an Electrician!

Charged us for six hours labor when all but three was looking for a place to put a switch. When we called to ask about the problem the receptionist was unfriendly and just talking over my wife. Had to pay for full six hours because apparently that's how long it takes there workers to put in a light and a outside fixture. Not overachievers or customer friendly. Would not recommend anyone uses.

Called Jesse up for estimate. Was told to message him and he would try to work me in in a week. Messaged him over 2 weeks later and he is sorry he doesn't have time. After he stated he wouldn't dis me like the other company. My advise is don't waste your time as they won't waste theirs with new customers. Ones word means nothing, same as nothing will be done by Jim's for any future jobs of ours.
