All Secure Self Storage

Just moved in and we are extremely pleased. Clean space with individualized secure gate and security lights/cameras all around. They even price matched a local competitor. I really searched hard for the best place. We had a terrible time with Public Storage after being with them since 2016! (Warning they will price gouge you the longer you stay with them to outrageous prices) I explained my worries after the last storage facility debacle to Tash from the office. She really set my mind at ease tho. Family owned and operated. Happy to make the switch!

I was helped right away & I was able to take care of everything over the phone & was able to do a signature right on line.

Convenient, was able to rent from home. Price very fair and is close to home. Excellent customer service.

So far so good. Just rented a place last week and it was very quick and easy to do. Was able to just call their number, check availability, give info, digitally sign the paperwork and they gave the codes over the phone. Locks for the unit were easily accessible as well. They have cameras and a gate around the place so it seems pretty secure. All the ladies on the phone were super helpful as well as friendly.

Friendly staff, easy pay options at affordable rates!

I like these buildings better than others I've rented in the past. It is securely fenced in requiring a PIN to open the electric gate, and I like the locks which are easier to open than most others. It's just a lock cylinder, not an entire bulky lock, that you insert inside the door. Whenever I open the door, I always leave the lock cylinder attached to my key, which is attached to my keyring, and then placed inside my pocket. By doing so there is no way possible for me to misplace the lock. An easy to open lock is a big plus during cold, snowy days when your fingers are freezing. I had that experience with a different company in the past. Their latch and lock was at the very bottom of the door, and sometimes it was very difficult to open. The All Secure latch and lock is above waist high which makes opening the door much easier.

My only complaint with All Secure is I don't have access to my building 24 hours a day. I live 60 miles from my storage building, and it was a bummer one night when I keyed in my security code and the gate wouldn't open. I think the cut off time to enter the facility is either 10 or 11 p.m., and it reopens at 5 a m. After multiple failed attempts to open the gate with my PIN, I called All Secure and spoke to their answering service. That's when I learned the facility wasn't open 24 hours. After I ended my conversation, I noticed the business hours were clearly printed on a large sign on the gate that I had driven by many times. I hate that I don't have 24/7 access to my stuff, but it was my fault for not reading the sign. For that reason I can't take a star away from them for my own mistake.

All in all, these buildings and the premises are secure and well maintained, and the price is reasonable.

Great place. Provided the lock which is something I haven't had before. And, I have anxiety. So not having to go in physically to talk to someone was a relief. And I got my unit pretty quickly as well.

The staff have been friendly, helpful and quick to respond any time I have had questions or requests. The units are clean and the area is well kept. Facility is secure and easy to access. Definitely a great place to use if you are looking for storage.

We stumbled upon this place by accident so we decided to check it out. They had a good variety of inventory. If you are a picker or collector this is the place for you! This hand carved table and chest were my favorite find especially for the price.
