B-Dirt helped us design and build our lake house from start to finish. It was great working with them through the process. They did a very good job communicating with us and sticking to the original time line that was set for the project. After the completion of the house they have continued to be available for questions as we get settled in the house. The quality of construction exceeded our expectations!

B-Dirt built our dream cabin.. From start to finish, the entire team was attentive to our thoughts and helped us achieve the design (both interior and exterior) we were wanting in our cabin. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional, kind and quick to respond if we had a question. A year after building our cabin, we had B-Dirt build our garage with living quarters up above. Again, we were very pleased with the finished product. I would 100% recommend B-Dirt to anyone looking to build. Their whole team is wonderful.

When looking to build our vacation home on a Brainerd-area lake, we asked around locally and also interviewed several different builders. B-Dirt Construction came highly recommended, and we chose them to design and build our new home. The entire B-Dirt team has been great to work with. They were creative and accommodating during the design phase, came in literally right on time and on budget with the build, and have been very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had throughout the entire process. We have been in our home for almost a year and we love it. We would recommend B-Dirt to anyone.

We are very happy with our new B Dirt home. From start to finish, they made the process very easy and they take a very personal approach to insure your success and satisfaction. From initial meetings to discuss ideas and wants and needs to the very end of the project working with their coordinator and finishers, we had an excellent experience. We definitely would recommend them to build a house for a family member and in fact have done that. We also tapped into their extensive knowledge and used their suggestions for other house needs like gutters, blacktop, etc. All in all, an excellent company!

We have done a total of three projects with B-Dirt including a custom home, custom office building, and prior existing office improvements. As with any large project there were stressful times however, the team at B-Dirt worked hard to provide us with a beautiful high quality project that met our expectations. Due to the size of our project we had our property inspected by an outside building science consultant and an additional structural engineer at multiple stages throughout the process and B-Dirts team of employees and subcontractors continually exceeded the requirements. We love not only the design of our home and office building but also appreciate the quality in which it was completed. Looking forward to many more great projects to come with the B-Dirt team in the future!

Having B-Dirt build our house was a very good choice. This is our 7th new home and by far the best experience we have had with any of the builders. Their crews and subs are all great people and do quality work. The very very few minor items that were on our 90 day punch list were fixed promptly by Robin and Andrew to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to have B-Dirt build us another home.

This is the second time we have built with B-Dirt...both custom homes and the same experience, excellent. AJ does a great job with design and house placement ( he is a good listener and has creative ideas ) and Joe keeps projects on time and on budget. They have great crew bosses like Neal and Robin, just to name a couple, that have great attention to detail and always work to make it what we want or better. They also have the best subs, like Lakes electric and Avery construction. I trust B-Dirt completely. The proof is in the pudding, just look at our house !

We own a B Dirt built house and really enjoy the quality and design. Still after 4 years since the house was built, Joe from B Dirt is quick to respond when we want to make changes or additions. The subs support their work and answer any questions we have. We receive many compliments on the house and it’s quality and wouldn’t hesitate to build with B Dirt in the future.

We were very fortunate to have B-Dirt Construction build our retirement dream home last summer. After reviewing many companies in the Brainerd Lakes area we had no doubt this was the best.

I would highly recommend B-Dirt if you are planning on building or remodeling your home. They worked with us to get our project into budget, were diligent in building our new home, and took care of the few issues that needed attention after we moved in. One month after we moved in a storm moved through Brainerd and we ended up with 6 trees on our new house. B-Dirt was quick to react in removing the trees off the house, temporarily covered the damaged part of the house to prevent water damage, worked with my insurance company on the claim, and even cleared the drive so we could get access to the house. In addition to the excellent service, they provided us with a well built home that we are very proud of.

We had a great experience building with B-Dirt. From the beginning, there was clear communication about what to expect, when phases would be completed, and what the timing implications would be if there were any delays. This was very important to us, as we weren’t always able to monitor the day-to-day progress. In addition, we knew exactly what the cost implications were when we deviated from the building allowances, and received great recommendations from Tricia and Joe on alternatives. After the house was completed, B-Dirt stood behind all of the work, coming by in a timely manner to finish up punch lists, and following up on minor issues we identified after moving in.

My wife and I would highly recommend B-Dirt, and wouldn’t hesitate to choose them as our builder if we went through the process again!

B-Dirt built us a home five years ago (our first build). A lot of people said building a home is stressful and generally more costly than expected. We did not experience that with B-Dirt. It was not only a lot of fun, but they came in on budget and on time. Now after five years, the home is still rock solid, no issues at all. It is very energy efficient, i.e. 3300 sq ft and $120 heating bill in worst month, which was important to me and my wife still loves the lay out and design elements they brought to the home. We highly recommend B-Dirt.
