He arrives late on a regular basis according to him being late for our appt and the assistant saying he's normally not this late. He has something to do at another facility.

Also his manners isn't the most friendly. Both appts I noticed his demeanor was as if he didn't want to be there. Star rating is not true for Dr. Ombrello in the Paw Paw Michigan office.
