I have not had any issues with this company at all. My orders arrived on time, excellent prices compared to other companies, and customer service was fine.

Not a 5 star rating yet but I do believe when the owners finish the last bit of the remodel that they are doing so that they can have a bigger , brighter and customer user friendly place so it can be that 1 stop shop for all of anyones beauty care needs.

Horrible customer service. They shipped my my order missing an item, after 6 different calls they are finally supposed to refund me (I won't hold my breath until I get it.) They kept making excuses, lying; anything to get me of the phone. They took forever to ship my itens as well. They are also "mid states beauty" on Amazon, do not purchase from them!

Don't use this company. I placed an order, pretty straightforward. Informed that more than half the items were out of stock, a day before estimated deliver date. I was given the option to cancel the order all together, which I did. A week after that, I got a shipping notice for the few items that were in stock. I explained that I'd cancelled the order already. I was charged for the shipped items despite having canceled. Items received were defective and damaged. Company refuses to refund or return items, and accepts no responsibility for shipping the canceled order. I'm following up with cc company to dispute the charges.

Not one bit surprised to see all the negative reviews on here. I placed an order. Never received confirmation (but of course was charged). I didn't hear anything for about two weeks in regard to shipping so I reached out. Only THEN did they tell me that they were out of stock on some things that I ordered. I expressed my frustration about the situation and the "customer service" representative was very strange and made multiple excuses and acted like a victim about why she couldn't contact customers to let them know what was going on with their orders. While I'm of course aware of the current situation with the pandemic, I too own multiple small businesses and have been working around the clock to make sure clients are taken care of and taking responsibility for anything and everything that I can (as any business would be advised to do!). After expressing a message similar to that to the "representative", she had a very snarky and sarcastic response saying "Thanks for the advice. I am sure you run the BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!" ....Which is a very interesting and laughable response. I told her to cancel my order and I told her that I hope they go under. Harsh? probably. True? yes. THEN I FOUND OUT THAT SHE IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY responding to my emails. She said "Also, I am one of the owners I just don't need people knowing that." and now it all makes sense. Of course US Salon supply has a 1.7 rating here on Google. They are a horrible company ran by poor ownership. Of course she wouldn't want anyone knowing she was an owner. If I acted like that, I would be embarrassed to admit that as well.

Buyer Beware! Ordered Three 20 oz Aluminum spray bottles. I first tried to Cancel the order i found some and Amazon and got them a day later. I was told they were out of stock. Then suddenly they were already shipped out and they were unable to cancel my order. Yet they could never provide a tracking number. I was told this same line twice almost word for word.I finally got fed and an told them the second time if they could not provide a tracking number then a cancellation was in order. They finally relented and offered me a refund. Which took about a week. I never saw any product. I would give this company a no star if possible. This was the worst online shopping experience i have ever been through. Do Not buy from this company you will never receive your item and then they will fight you to return your money!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They GOUGED THE PRICE of a bottle of mouthwash that I ordered during the COVID-19 quarantine (I had to pay over $15 for a bottle that sells for $2.83 on the shelf at the store). They didn't ship the mouthwash when I ordered it, even though I received an email from them stating that it was shipped (the shipping info never updated). A month after I ordered the mouthwash, I had to contact Walmart (middleman seller) to contact US Salon Supply to find out why they were being incompetent. After the price-gouged mouthwash finally arrived, I emailed the company to express my disappointment over the price and the fact that they never initially shipped my mouthwash, and the email I received back from their customer service rep named Kaitlin was very snarky and rude and they refused to compensate at all for my trouble. I would absolutely NOT give your money to this company. They do not deserve it!

I have always felt that the true measure of a company is when there is a problem with your order. I purchased a hard bonnet dryer from US Salon Supply. They sent the dryer in the original box. I could instantly tell without opening the box that it was not what I ordered. I took it back to the Post office and refused the package. They still charged me a $20 stocking fee even though it was their fault. There were other charges as well. I emailed several complaints. They don't even acknowledge your complaints. This is the worst company ever!!! Please save yourself the aggravation and do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company. I wish I had read the ripoff report. They have several complaints against them.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They NEVER answer the phone and take days to return an email. Plus their website isn’t accurate as it shows items are available and then after waiting for 2 weeks for a confirmation, you find out that the items you need are out of stock. I called and emailed every day for 4 days before I got a reply and even then it was a snarky reply. DO NOT order from them! Take your business elsewhere! I only awarded 1 star because you have to award a star in order to make a review. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would!

I ordered an item from them on 5/15 and never received a follow up email about my item being shipped or why there was a delay. I sent an email today and I finally received an email notifying me about my order being shipped with the tracking information. I wish I had emailed sooner. Maybe I would've received my item earlier.

Avoid this company! I had ordered two products through Great lakes Beauty supply, last month on February 12 and still have not received the order. The order was supposed to be fulfilled by this company! I tried calling them, and I never received a response. I contacted them by email, and was told two different stories by Angela. First I was told that the hair oil I had requested was out of stock and on back order (when I placed the order, it showed BOTH products were in stock, and to allow 2-3 days to ship) and that the shampoo was not on back order ( I had then requested to have the shampoo sent and the other product canceled), and that I should receive tracking info as soon as the warehouse receives the request. After several days of not hearing anything, I followed up again, and was told that the warehouse didn't have the shampoo, and that a wholesaler has the item and that the item may be in by next week, but there wasn't a guarantee. I have requested to have order canceled. Avoid Great Lakes Beauty supply as well, since they're in association with one another. Update: Checked on Great Lakes Beauty supply's website, and it still lists both products as being in stock!

This company has terrible customer service. I notified this company several times by voicemail and by e-mail and no one ever contacted me. My order was held for 2 weeks, one shipping e-mail said my order was being shorted my gel, so I ordered from another company. Then the next e-mail said it was being shipping in it's entirety, so I cancel the other order, then my order showed up shorted without my gel. To date no one has ever contacted me back. THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME AGAIN!!

I really think you should not deal with this company. I tried to get something from them. They made a shipping label and never shipped it. And then I asked for my money back and they said they wouldn’t and that it all was to be done by Walmart. I have no idea why Walmart would even want to do business with these people. Furthermore they have a customer service representative that is very short with her emails. And now it makes further sense why this company is not doing very well. Kaitlin

Pretty much the worst company around, they continue to take orders even though they don't have anything in stock. When you email them to try to get a status they say they get enough harassment and that nobody was prepared for a pandemic. The new claim is they can't update their website to show out of stock items because they are not essential works.

I placed a simple 2 item order on January 2 they got my money but I have not gotten my Le Kair cholesterol. I have called every day for the last week with no answer I finally email them and the only response was that they would check into the matter that was 3 days ago...... really. Send my order or refund my money please. I'd rather pay triple price that to try to deal with this company

oh my gosh, I unfortunately didn't do my research prior to ordering from this company. I ordered my product on Aug 28th and have yet to receive any additional updates or product ship out. I'm really concern that the phone only rings and no one ever answers. They instruct you to leave a message and sarcastically state if no use to repeat the steps because you'll go right back to square one. Very unprofessional!!!! I will take the loss of what I've spent and move on not worth the trouble.
