I don't know why it took me this long to write a review. Dr. Sill has
been our vet for decades!! Dr. Sill has treated every one of my fur babies and is absolutely amazing! She's kind, compassionate, attentive, intelligent, and will not stop until she gets our babies well. I appreciate Dr. Sill and this office more than words can explain!

The best vet clinic! Top notch. The staff treats my dog and me like family. They truly care. Extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I had an emergency and they got me right in. Diagnosed and treated expertly...and done with such love for my sweet doggie. Regular maintenance and spaying amazing too!! I've never had a pet that wants to stay at the vet...until now. Thank you Red Arrow Animal Clinic! ❤

Very professional. I’m a new dog owner and he had some ear issues. The vet took the time to help me learn how to clean his ears and other things I might expect with my breed. The prices were very reasonable and I was left shocked when I found out my bill was substantially less than I had expected.

Very compassionate and caring staff. Dr Sill is wonderful, thorough and experienced veterinarian. We have been taking our pets there for years and know they are getting the best care. I could go on and on, but they all did a lot of handholding with me when I had a special pup pass. 🐾💙

I can’t say enough good things about this vet service.Their kindness and empathy goes beyond what is expected. Our 14 year dog was experiencing some major medical issues and it was time to let her be realeased from her pain. The doctor and staff got us in to see her immediately. It’s never easy saying goodbye to a pet that has become a family member and we will be forever grateful to the compassion and kindness they extended to us. Thank you for all you did from the minute we called, we arrived at the office, during the the procedure and in the end. We are forever grateful.

Feels like I’m at a family members home when I walk in with my pup. We always are welcomed with a smile. The care and kindness Dr. Sill brings into the room makes any wait well worth it. (Which btw the wait has been very short the past couple of years).

I'm taking my 2 kitten's there to be spayed on May 23rd. Heard great stories about this place and all the wonderful work they do to help others in need of assistance. I'm sure I'll be one of the satisfied customers too.

Every assistant was very helpful in treating my pet AND me. I appreciated the vet being understanding, and comforting re my anxieties. All went well. So for sure recommending. Thanks to all.

Helen has given us two great Schnauzers! She is an excellent breeder and vet! We have always appreciated the help and love they give our boys.

These loving and determined women at the red arrow animal clinic in paw paw saved my cats life, in an emergency situation they brought in extra help and spent time on there closed days to stabilize my close to death baby boy, doing everything in there power for days. They worked with me every step of the way, gave me updates every couple hours when I couldn't be there, they immediately took action with all their resources with extreme consideration for my financial situation, a cat ER had just turned me and my cat away because I couldn't pay thousands of dollars on the spot for testing let alone treatment, but the amazing team here went through all options with me without hesitating to put my babys survival first without any judgement for my financial struggle. I will always be grateful for them!

Dr. Sill and all the vet techs I've worked with have always been phenomenal in caring for our greyhound and our cats (one with chronic respiratory issues). Greys can have some special needs medically, so it's great to know I have a vet we know and can trust with our sweet hound. Will continue to travel from Kalamazoo to Paw Paw for treatment of our pets. You are in good hands here.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this vet. I rescued a dog that had almost every parasite known to man, and I couldn’t get him an appointment anywhere for months because of Covid. They got me in within the week, and every time I’ve had an issue sense appointments have been within the same week. The staff is SO pleasant and helpful, and my baby ADORES them. I’ve never had an animal enjoy the vet until I started going here. I HIGHLY recommend them for caring for any fur baby. 11/10 service!!!

Dr. Sill has been my vet for 7 years. I drive from Richland to bring my boys to her. The prices for services are reasonable and she doesn’t order excess tests and unnecessary stuff, I trust her judgment and assessment abilities. She is very experienced and is so calm and reassuring to myself and my cats love her! Her techs are knowledgeable and seem to really care about all the animals and their humans, we have always gotten good care and education there.

From the office staff to Dr. Sill, I appreciate the way my pets are treated with individual care. We are always remembered, regardless of how long it’s been and never given a guilt trip. They care about what is best for my pets and for me.

We have taken all of our animals to Helen, large and small, and they have all been taken care of wonderfully. I don’t know how anybody could say one bad thing about this place or Helen. Our 12-year-old golden retriever had to be put down but she couldn’t move at all because she was in so much pain so Helen came right to us. She is absolutely amazing. Took great care of all of our dogs, cats, donkeys, pigs and calves. 10 stars if I could.

My parents took all of our pets to Red Arrow Animal Clinic and I now take all 5 of mine there as well. The staff is wonderful and always come out to greet each of my pets for their appointments. The doctors do whatever is needed to ensure that my pets are in good health and always discuss options, ideas and opinions with me so that I can make a well informed decision. For over 20 years I have trusted all of my pets to Red Arrow Animal Clinic will do so for another 20 years!
