These guys are AWESOME. Have three of their boat lift motors with Bluetooth and they are great. Had a problem with the touchpad, they answered the phone with no wait! Then listened to the problem and immediately shipped part and instructions to Montreal from Minnesota free of charge. Nice to see that some companies still respect their customers and want to protect their reputation. Thanks guys…

I purchased a FFI Automation W -050050-3 for our boat lift. Ordering was a breeze thanks to the friendly service personnel who I chatted with. It arrived quickly and I installed with a minor hiccup that I created myself, but after calling the tech support they talked me through it easily. So nice to have a Quiet Remote control boat lift motor compared to what I had before! Great Product, Great Company, Great Service Thanks a Bunch!

Great reliable product. I have Lift Tech Marine winches on both of my boat lifts (pontoon and fishing boat) and will never have anything else again. I am very satisfied. The Lift Tech App is a great tool as well!

New ski boat and new lift......and a new Lift Tech GEN2 Auto Stop motor to use with them. Auto stop allows the whole family to feel comfortable launching and redocking the boat. Loved it so much, I had a GEN2 Auto Stop motor installed on my existing pontoon boat lift as well. Great product.

I own two lift tech dc motors for my lifts. I had a wind incident that did some damage to my lift and motor. I needed some replacement parts and I called lift tech and they helped get the parts I needed and get back up and running the next day. Great product! Great customer service!

I had a problem with a Lift Tech controller and the warranty had just run out. It was the end of the season and it happened when I was pulling the lift out for the winter. I had forgotten about the problem until the following season when I was about to put in that lift. I called Lift Tech and not had me send in the unit. I sent it in on Monday, they received it on Tuesday and I received the repaired lift motor on Wednesday. Great service and really stand behind there product. Awesome.

Very easy to install, the unit slides right on the shaft. The motor controller has a soft start so easy on the boat lift mechanics (thier competitor does not have soft start). The Lift Tech comes with Smart Technology. You can operate the lift right from your smart phone. I will never crank up my boat again. Thank you Lift Tech.

Incredibly helpful customer service. Although their motors aren't readily available near where we live, we have sent ours in to be repaired when needed with great results. I'd look to buy another one from Lift Tech if I needed one.

I purchased a used hoist and solar charging unit for a local person. I have called a few times with questions about the system. EVERY person I have interacted with at Lift Tech Marine have been beyond helpful. I/when I ever need a new part or service I will return to Lift Tech without hesitation

Had a Lift Tech Marine motor (purchased used with a lift) experience an intermittent problem. They went way, way, way over the top in terms of service. I have had such a terrific experience too few times. Wow, wow, wow. I wouldn't think of buying another manufacturer's motor now, not because the others are bad, but simply because Lift Tech Marine is that good a company. Thanks LTM!
