Adam is the best delivery driver I know! He deserves a raise! He is always on time and never leaves our mail outside if we are not in the office!

Y'all, I know the post office is short staffed just like everywhere else. Christmas time, they did a good job with notifications so we knew where to pick up our packages. I really appreciate those who put in much time to make things possible. Thank you to our postal workers.

Always friendly service even though they are extremely understaffed. No one will be picking up mail unless it’s approved. Remember, you aren’t special. We all receive mail and it will be delivered when they get there. Keep up the good work Brainerd PO!!

The Brainerd Post Office downtown is great! Always friendly, efficient, and helpful. After being told on the USPS customer service it line that I would have to wait 45-60 minutes (seems standard?), I looked up the local number and was delighted with the response from a local agent. I wish I could remember her name. Thanks!

Yesterday I called because my package did not arrive at the time expected and I talked with someone called Mary. She was AMAZING! Thank you so much for you help and for being so helpful. God Bless you.

The people at the counter are of fast and efficient there never is a wait for me.

I find the Brainerd post office to be the friendliest most efficient I have ever experienced In addition, they delivered my granddaughter's Christmas dress to my doorstep on the day of the blizzard Kudos and Thank-you
