I have been going to Julia for over a year now, and she has been amazing with me. She always listens, validates and addresses my concerns. It is evident that she has a passion for delivering quality, informed care. I drive from Kalamazoo just to see her, and I am so glad to have her as my NP.

Amazing staff. I have been going here throughout my pregnancy and I love coming to each appointment. Everyone is so helpful and kind.

I would not trust Julia Koestner at all. She doesn’t know what she is doing and tried belittling me in front of my husband back on July 26 2018. She caused me much pain and Dr. Peterson had to go in and fix her mess up by having me come in for outpatient surgery. Needless to say, I am being charged for her mistake. I am currently fighting the charges because Dr. Peterson had to clean up her mess.

We will be in the process of filling a report against Julia Koestner in the OB/GYN department for improper conduct.

My wife came home in tears yesterday over the treatment she received from Koestner. She was belittled by Koestner in front of my 6 year old stepdaughter and told that she had "wasted her time" with my wife's office visit.

This is unacceptable behavior and should be dealt with accordingly.
