Bronson LakeView Family Care - Pediatrics

As a first time parent I am so glad we chose to come here! Amy Roberts has been so helpful and kind. The front desk ladies are very nice as well. The negative reviews are surprising as we’ve had a very positive experience.

I just had a new baby and all the worries come with it this office has been exceptional I'm really surprised about bad reviews as I've never had a bad experience although the reviews seem pretty old so out with the old in with the new:-) I even was 20 minutes late for an appointment as my mom brain got the time mixed up but as a surgical coordinator I know how that affects the schedule and was happy to reschedule as I saw how far they were already behind we would have probably been waiting anyways. I think people need to remember that this is a Pediatrics office they they deal with babies and kids all day and as every mother knows doctor visits can be challenging with a child and doesn't go as smoothly as we would hope. I'm switching my three other kids to this office and I would highly recommend this place as I already do.

I'm honestly shocked by the bad reviews here because our experience with Bronson LakeView has been amazing. The front desk staff is always friendly when we arrive, are super helpful on the phone and during check in/out. We take our 10 month old to see Dr. Croy and she is absolutely wonderful. She (and all the nurses, etc) are great with kids, very informative, and talk through options with you. We never feel forced one way or the other when making care decisions and love feeling like we have someone to truly "talk it out" with. I can't recommend this office enough!

Excellent doctors and staff!! I have only had great experiences here and have brought my kids here for 20 years. All are always patient and knowledgeable!

Can't say enough nice things about this practice. We drive 30-45 minutes each way because this practice blows away many providers where we reside. Would highly recommend. From pediatrics to acute care, they will take care of you!

Dr Kavanaugh from Lakeview Pediatrics is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever known. He’s kind, compassionate, treats my children like they’re his family, takes the time to listen to your concerns, very knowledgeable but also respects your wishes in the care of your child. I wish there were more doctors like him!!

The front desk in the pediatrics offices are rude as they come. This one lady mom-shamed me for missing an appointment THEY rescheduled and I never got a notification for or any type of notice of change, appt card, nothing. Then they sent me a threatening and disgusting letter saying how I need to make the appointments they schedule or find another office....guess I'll be looking elsewhere. 🤔

Front desk very rude! Had an appointment at 8:15am in the winter, they call me 15mins before my appointment leave a voicemail to cancel mind you the office is still closed and I wasn’t able to speak to anyone. Second incident I call to schedule an appointment for my daughter and they “scheduled me for 3:30 pm” I show up and nope we don’t have you scheduled for today like seriously I just decided to show up no they are incompetent. Done with this place!

I had a baby and made an appointment following the routine well-child schedule and this office charged me as if the appointment was an extra office visit. I called to speak with the manager and she told me they could not/would not change the fee. I pay a lot of money to have health insurance and I was very upset they charged me for an appointment that should have been free due to us following the well child schedule.

Front desk workers are extremely rude. I drove 45 minutes each way for over 2 years. I have transferred my son's care else where, due to attitudes and unprofessionalism by majority of staff. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

1 star because you have to-front desk staff is very rude. Loved our pediatrician but not worth it!

Doctors and staff are very rude. I will never take my kid there again.

Waited over 30 minutes for a flu shot! Nope.... not worth it!
