Dr. Herschel E. Stoller, MD

Diagnosed and treated in one visit, after 3 GPs were unable to figure it out.

I was seen for an annual skin/mole check. We moved to Columbus so I didn't want to make the drive back to Lincoln. Went to Dr. Stoller despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews- I wish I had listened to them. I waited well past my appointment time. He was with me for 10 minutes and acted like he didn't understand why I was even there. Then they charged me $300 (which my insurance did not cover). Looks like I'll be driving back to Lincoln next year to see my previous dermatologist- they actually care there, and charge a fraction of the price.

I rescheduled my appointment to be 40 minutes earlier because it was better for my schedule. I waited 20 minutes past in the waiting room and another 20 minutes in the exam room. No courtesy of telling me they were behind or anything.

This was my 2nd appointment here and it was 4 years later from the first. I had 1 wart that was burned off on my first appointment. Today there are 5 in the same spot as where the first one was.

The Dr talked to me for about 2 minutes, seemed rude with his questions and comments acting like i should be the one to know everything about warts.

Seemed very antsy to get out of the room because as soon as he wrote up a prescription, he started to head for the door and didn't even ask about my other concern that was written on my paperwork. When i brought it up, he answered my question in the same demeanor as the first concerns i had, left, shut the door without giving any direction as to whether we should leave or not.

Very disappointed in the service provided. I took time out of my schedule to come to your work and to pay you to help me with a problem that you are a specialist at.

The quality of work and services provided to me today are probably the worst I've ever had from a Dr.

This office is a joke! We've been here no less than 3 times for a rash, every single time, they're "running a little behind" {read they way over book their time slots and expect you to wait around} When I complained the girl behind the counter she just threw her hands in the air and walked away. Questioned the problem with someone else and i was directed to their policy that basically states, if youre more than 10 minutes late you wont be seen, but they will get around to you when they feel like it and when you are seen, dont expect all of your problems to be addressed, only what they have time for. Then to top it off they had my daughter (Abbie) listed as a boy and had the audacity to argue with me over it. Our last time there we finally got up and walked out 45 minutes after the appointment time.

Well, after reviewing the REVIEWS, guess I'll travel to GI, Lincoln, etc. Seems to be a pattern of DR not wanting to listen.

Didn't even look at my rash! Showed no interest whatsoever
