We bought a nice manufactured home here last year. What we first noticed was that the homes were well cared for and the yards were well-tended. Many people have gardens--and share! 😉 Weather permitting, there are always friendly neighbors walking or biking around the neighborhood. (Even shown on Google Maps!) We love the wide streets; the random setting of homes gives a feeling of spaciousness. Being on the Cowlitz River gives us opportunity to see many birds of prey and other such wildlife.

The place looks very well kept. Clean and well maintained. Whoever is maintaining this property grounds is doing an outstanding job. All yards and common areas were above my expectations.

This is a very clean senior living mobile home park. Yards are well kept, and it's quiet. There is also a community clubhouse available for the residents.
