Gordon's Mini-Storage

Mike, a true human, was very helpful and patient with me. As an indecisive, wishy-washy shopper, I am not always the easiest customer. Mike gave me the time and info I needed, and even walked the grounds to show me some units before I made the decision. If you are looking to talk to a salesperson in a call center somewhere far away then I recommend you search elsewhere 😉

It was quick and easy, Mike is nice and helped us get the unit same day. Price was better than most in town too.

These guys are great, we’re able to get me in the same day I called. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I was so great impressed with the man working the desk the day we moved. The prices are actually pretty great. They were cheaper than several other places I contacted. Mike and myself are about the same age and have similar interests. We chit chatted for a few minutes while Mike showed me the unit and that was the end of it. I say that because I suffer from Lyme disease and no longer have my old strength. I was exhausted from loading my trailer to get to the storage facility and apparently it showed. Fast forward 5-10 minutes after I started unloading and I was already needing a break. I sat down on one of the coolers and Mike saw me sitting there looking and feeling very overwhelmed. (I’m to prideful to ask for help when I need it) which I think Mike picked up on. Mike although I knew he was busy based on the amount of calls he received while I was there asked me if I needed a hand and started unloading boxes for me. My trailer is nothing huge, a simple 7x16 work trailer. This guy carefully unloaded about 75% of the trailer to my 25%. I was so grateful for the help that I offered to tip and he refused the money. This simple act made a big impression on me that day. I’ve been at this storage facility now for several months and I’ve noticed a couple things that I really like. Mikes all of his customers by name, he is super positive, and complimentary. I don’t email regularly but when I do Mike responds very quickly. Mike even gave my son a nice mechanics tool set once when he found out that my son had a motorcycle. My son was asking Mike for a recommendation for a mechanic. (Mike is also really into motorcycles) Mike told my son the problem was simple to fix asked Asher if he had a socket set and when Asher who is young, newly married replied that he did not, Mike went to his storage unit and gave Asher a set he said he did not need. This is a great company which hires great people, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I have moved to Ridgefield since becoming a customer here, and as soon as Mike found out he let me know there is a new facility in Woodland which he knew would be closer to my home and more convenient. I politely told Mike I would rather continue renting at his location. I did not say it at the time but I’m staying there because of Mike.

Definitely recommend. Strapped for timing and need move in asap with home sale. Lots of availability. Manager onsite came thru in clutch to move in same day. Very responsive and knowledgeable on storage needs. Clean and secure facility! Thanks Mike

What a great experience, easy to secure a unit online. Super friendly staff. After moving from out of state, I was able to sign a rental contract and move in that day. Thank you for making my move easy. Unit was new and easy to get to.

These guys got me in next day. Will be saving me over $100 a month for a climate controlled unit. Wish I would have found them a year ago. Mike seems like an awesome guy as well. Highly recommend
