Sales rep Spencer was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and even helped our 4 yr old daughter out by putting something kid friendly on the tv for her! Also the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! 💯🤩🇺🇸

I had made an appointment in advance. When I walked in the store, I was greeted politely. My issue was resolved in under five minutes. I believe the two gentlemen helping me were Adrian and Gerald. I can’t be certain on the names. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I really appreciate the service I received.

Chris was so helpful and made sure I knew how everything worked before I left. I appreciated it.

We had LG phones Androids for quite some time. Don’t get me wrong they are good phones. We notice are devices were not working ad well as we thought they should. Specially when we moved out to Kalma. So we went into the store and told them what was going on. You know instead of getting excuses the rep.(James) was informative and explained why are models were not functioning right. So we sat down and they picked at our brains to see what kind of users we were with phones, internet and also social media and entertainment. Not once did myself or my wife feel any pressure to buy. So we came to our decision we were going with the Apple IPhone 8 Plus. Im not super savvy when it comes to phones but after he showed us how to use this man I am loving it. Great customer service very positive experience also ended up lowing our monthly bill...Check it out!

Beau was amazing. So patient with my husband and myself. He put my screen protector on for me and he helped set up a repair appointment for my husband. Good customer service doesn’t always happen, but Beau is a great example of how it should be in our world today. Give this young man a raise!

Beau was absolutely amazing when we came in. He was very polite and knowledgeable about products and prices, keeping things very concise and straight. Was very nice when our child was being nosy and noisy. Has a great personality and very good with small talk while waiting for transferring data from my husbands old phone to his new one. Was willing to let us know to when something is worth paying or not and very upfront about pricing and current deals. 10/10 recommend working with him.

I rarely leave this store dissatisfied with my experience. Everyone is super helpful, and knowledgeable about products and services. We prefer working with Rick when we go in the store. He is friendly and extremely good at his job. Rick was able to fix our issues and then convinced us to add more services which saved us money in the long run.

I went in on Wednesday and talked with Montana the sales associate and decided I would come back on Friday to get the new iPhone but with time being short, I asked if I could set up an appointment on Saturday at 1pm which was fine. I showed up and with the new iPhone it was busy I waited about 25 minutes and was done in about 15 minutes. Got the phone I wanted, and it’s ordered. She even offered to help set it up when it arrives. To me that is above and beyond now days. I am very happy with my experience and with Montana I recommend this store all the time been with them for I think 14 years.

Once again, the technology clinicians at the AT&T store rescued me from the results of my most recent outbreak of newtechnologitus.

The ringer on my new iPhone wouldn't ring anymore. Worked great for a month or so and then, a week ago, not. Missing calls and other noisy declarations finally started to cause communications issues with wifey and co-workers.

I tried every menu adjustment that had to do with sound within the iPhone firmware embedded in my phone. I also messed with the Bluetooth settings, the general sound settings and even hovered my finger over the dreaded RESET DEFAULT SETTINGS link for about 10 seconds; just long enough for the jitters to set in before I made a fatal mistake.

So, instead of hitting the RESET button, I went down to my AT&T store today and screamed for help. In about 30 seconds, Tom and Mallori pointed out that the ringer switch on the side of the phone was shut off.

Yeah, I know.

Didn’t know it was even there under the Otter Box flap. Not a fan of Apple technologies.

We finally bit the bullet, visited the AT&T store on OB Hwy in Longview and ordered two new iPhone 14 Pro Max phones and two new iWatch’s. We have been with AT&T for well over 20+ years and have been very happy with our service and their staff. Yesterday we worked with Beau, who was very knowledgeable, and made the process super easy and fun. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us great advice. Thank you, Beau! We will definitely ask for you personally when we come in again for accessories. We are looking forward to our products arriving soon. 5⭐ Service!

Chris helped us and he was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I came in needing changes on two separate accounts. First he helped my husband. Then he helped me I was there for quite a long time because I wanted a lot of stuff done. However he made me very satisfied with the results and everything I want it done and more was done. I recommend Chris and believe that he is an excellent service representative

I had previously gone into the store and stood at the door for 20 minutes and didn’t even receive a hello. I was annoyed and left that day. I made an appointment a couple days later and was running late. Even so, they told me to come in. When I arrived the manager greeted me immediately and asked what they could do to help me. I said I was the one running late and he said that was no problem. He introduced me to a young gentleman that was very knowledgeable and was happy to help me with any questions. I left knowing I got all my questions answered and the right product for my needs. Very happy

Was very pleased with my shopping experience at the ATT store. Had decided to purchase a long overdue upgrade to my phone. Found the one that would work best for my needs. The salesman was helpful, knowledgeable AND made me aware of a significant discount I was eligible for as a nurse. Very grateful for this opportunity to have a great new upgrade and not emerge very poor from said shopping experience! Will definitely be a repeat customer!
