They charged us a late penalty (2 days late) on our home property tax even though it was their error by mailing the bill to the wrong address! The first person I talked to told me they were not even required to mail bills out. She said they only did it as a courtesy! We spoke with three different people including the Administrator and they refused to take accountability. Unbelievable!!

They are the rudest and unprofessional people I've ever came into contact with. The individual I spoke with about a tax issue was rude and uncooperative. You could tell she wasn't going to do anymore than she had to do. I truly would expect more from the county government. Finally, a one star rating is entirely to much for the sorry county employee I spoke with.
