From the time in store choosing my appliances to the delivery team and constant communication throughout this company shows real interest in making the experience pleasant. Barons has brought back the meaning of custom service which is something that is lacking most places these days. Thank you for great products at competitive prices as well as knowledgeable and respectful staff!

I recently purchased a refrigerator from Adam at Barons, and it was a great experience. It is refreshing to receive the attention needed when making significant purchases. His straightforward approach was welcoming. Everything from the purchase to delivery was excellent.

Barons has a great selection of appliances and floor models to help in our decision. They also have a service department (should we need it down the road)
Andrew was fantastic to work with! He is very knowledgeable on all products and understood exactly what we were looking for. All our questions were answered and we were confidant we wanted to be a Barons customer when placing our order for our 5 appliances!!

I want to thank Mark at Barons in Belmont. He was very helpful when I came in with a broken plastic part that was not covered under the warranty. He arranged to have the part delivered to my house at no charge in two days. I would definitely recommend Mark as he showed he really cares and takes care of his customers.

Matt was fantastic! I gave him some very tight tolerances for a refrigerator opening and within minutes he had gotten me a good deal on an excellent unit with all the features we wanted. The delivery he set up was on time and executed perfectly. I will definately be using Matt and his delivery crew again. Thank you very much!

The appliance selection is very good at Baron's and the customer service is exceptional. Bill York was especially helpful in guiding us toward selections that were high quality yet stayed within our budget. We will consider Baron's again for selecting appliances.

My husband said, "It has to be Baron's", and I agree! The knowledgeable service, along with Lindsay being pleasant and very caring makes this our favorite store! We have bought a Stove, and Washer, and now Fridge, and each time they have exceeded our expectations!!!

We have consistently(many, many years) chosen Baron's in Plaistow for all of our appliance orders. The appliance selection has always been great and the customer service excellent. We are renovating our kitchen; a project that has been very long and fraught with construction set backs, but the appliance end was so easy. Our consultant, Armando Peña, was outstanding and we would highly recommend working with him. He is incredibly professional, thorough, always polite, courteous, friendly and good natured. He was unbelievably patient with all of our order revisions and our ever changing timeline. He returned our calls in a timely manner and is diligent in following up. He made our experience enjoyable and effortless! The entire staff is also helpful; we called a couple of times when Armando was not in and our questions were answered easily. We could have gone anywhere for our project, but are so glad we chose this Baron's and were so fortunate to have worked with Armando.

Luis and his delivery partner were extremely professional. They were presented with a challenge in getting my fridge and oven in and they rose to the challenge. My doors were small and the went the extra mile going through my slider after having to go through the garden area by the patio and over a few good sized rocks. Thank you so much gentlemen for an outstanding delivery!

Baron’s goes the extra mile for their customers. Couldn’t he happier spending my money with a local company who’s prices were better than big box stores and service blows them all away. They delivered at no extra cost, removed the old fridge and helped us get the old fridge to our garage. Thank you Barons!

We purchased a washing machine after ours literally broke and was going to be $700 to repair despite having purchased a warranty from another store. We decided to try Baron’s this time! Our salesman, Andrew, really seemed to know his stuff! He described the settings in detail and answered all of our questions. Delivery was within 2 days and very quick, clean, polite.

Our sales person Lindsay was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every product we were interested in. She provided all the information we needed to make the correct choices for our layout requirements. Lindsay responded to my emails quickly and answered any and all our questions. We would definitely return to Barons and deal with her for future appliances.
