Milton Road Dunkin’ is the best location in and around Rochester. Very clean, awesome staff and most importantly, their coffees are always delicious and consistent! I pass a Dunkin’ that’s closer to my house every morning just to get coffee from this Milton Road location.

Coffee in 'box of joe' tastes funny at this location for some reason. Too hot for the plastic container or their water source is messed up is my only guess. I dont buy coffee from here otherwise and cant comment by comparison but really why are you still reading this review...its a dunkins...go get your coffee and be a pleasant person

One of the best Dunkin' donuts around , I have never ever had a problem here, they are the best locations, they do get super busy, and sometimes have to wait a little extra but I've never had an excessive amount of time, anytime I've had to wait a little longer at the staff was overly apologetic that I did.

I'm assuming that the employee that helped me was the manager because she had mentioned to someone there that she had someone she was interviewing later. ANYWAY. She is a DELIGHT. She sang me a song about a duck and I love her.

Happy 4th of July everyone! ! The drive through Dunkin..Donuts was great. The employee who helped me out was very kind & my French Vanilla ice coffee was perfect. Delicious :)

Definely one of the better Dunkin' Donuts I've been too. The store is very clean, and the staff very friendly. The crew member Tyler, who took & made my order, is a great kid, very polite, and honestly made my beverage better than any other location I've been to, and even better than I make it myself (I work for a Dunkin' Donuts franchise). If nearby locations were all as pleasant as this one, and provided such quality service & product, I wouldn't go to competitor coffee shops as often as I do. Hahaha!

The one Dunkin Donuts across from Walgreens is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever if you buy a coffee taste it first I've been in 9 times different times and the coffee has never been right and they don't allow sitting inside very disappointed it's closer to my work I have to drive further out like this one here it's the best one Market Basket on the Milton Road come one come all

Great service I visit everyday to get coffee before work. Dawna always gets my coffee ready without asking what I want. The rest of them also know what I'm coming in for and most times have it ready before I get to the register!

My favorite dunks in the area. I go every morning and they always get my order right and I don't have to finish saying my order they know it's me. The girls are always smiling and cheerful.

The worker who has braces and glasses and was working on New Years Day around noon made the best Dunkin’s coffee I’ve ever had.

Dunkin donuts has my favorite iced coffee!! I love the caramel swirl iced coffee with an extra pump of caramel and regular cream, no sugar. The caramel is most definetly sweet enough! This particular Dunkin Donuts was friendly and efficient.

My go to Dunkin's. The managers are awesome, the service is fast and efficient.

They looked short on staff. But they did their best to make all the sandwiches we ordered. They did quite well despite being under staffed.
