Brought my Volkswagen in for wheel repair and Cory the service manager was super accommodating. He even stayed late to balance the wheels so I could have my vehicle back for the weekend after his wheel team showed up late. All in all a fantastic experience, would highly recommend this dealership for servicing your Volkswagen and definitely go talk to Cory!

I was in a pickle. I lost the key for my wheel locks. The car was at the tire shop and they did not have a universal key. In a panic, I called Rochester VW and spoke with Corey and he told me they'd see me that afternoon and handle me as a walk-in, as long as it wasn't lunch time. My tire was unstable so the car was towed up from the tire shop in Dover to Rochester. By the time I pulled in the lot the car was finished. Locks off, regular lug nuts in, donut on. Ready to drive away. And a very fair price. By the time I finished I had spoken to both service advisors and they were great as well. Did I mention that it was busy and the service department was running at capacity? My sister bought a car at Rochester VW and has been very happy with the sales and service experience. I'm going to have all my service done at Rochester VW from this point forward and Rochester VW will be first stop for my next VW purchase. That's why I gave 5 stars.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a sales consultant who understood our needs. Jim Breitmaier was knowledgeable and sincere. This experience was incredible. He oriented us to all of the accessories in the Tiguan and really helped to guide us through an incredible buying experience. This dealership is as professional as Mr. Breitmaier. I had a great experience getting my car serviced. My car was taken in immediately and the process was swift. The battery to my key fob was changed as well, which was greatly appreciated.

The sales staff and business office staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and professional. The experience was quick and well explained, and the building was clean, tidy, and inviting.

The experience I had today at this dealership was out of this world! They were so kind, efficient, and fair throughout the whole buying process. Never felt pressured or like I was just a sale to them. I worked with Katherine and Alannah and they were awesome. Gave me what I thought was fair for my trade in and the whole process only took two hours. I’m so happy with my new Taos. Will definitely be recommending to other people in the market for a new car.

My experience was great, I arrived early (over the lunch break) however I was promptly greeted, made comfortable and my vehicle was serviced promptly and in a professional manner.

When I got home I noticed there was a dent in my door that I am very sure was not there and while I had no proof it specifically happened at the dealer I reached out and a repair was arranged with minimal effort.

Having come from almost a decade with Volkswagen Group Australia I understand the dealer was under very little obligation to rectify the dent so the gesture of goodwill is what will keep me in the Volkswagen brand and specifically return every time to Rochester.

I had my vehicle towed in and was told they were a few weeks out but they ended up getting it in sooner n it was great customer service

I purchased a 2023 Atlas in March and had some issues with the vehicle. After a few months and with the help of Katherine, Sales Manager and Steve, Service Manager, the vehicle was fixed. Honestly this is the first time I have gone to a dealership without that feeling of having to argue and spend all day at the dealership. Everything from start to finish was great Scot was excellent as well as Mark our salesman and Mike the finance guy. I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime and I can honestly say the this was the best experience I have had, no arguing, pretty much straight forward which is unusual for a car dealership. I would definitely recommend going there to purchase a car.

I drove to this dealership with my mind set a VW Tiguan and also to compare other cars. Their selection was good. I test drove a Tiguan and also a VW Atlas Cross-Sport. They are both very well built smooth ride. My mind changed after test driving. The winer was the VW Atlas and I did not regret that I changed my mind from the VW Tiguan. Casey Beranger, our sales lady was very welcoming, she did not have an agressive approach like I experienced at other dealerships. She gave us space and time to look around and test drive. When we made our decision everything what was promised it was delivered the second day. Casey proved me that she has a trustful team behind her. Everyone did what they promised and that gained my trust. Also , when signing the documents I did not feel the push to buy all the extras protections or warranties...Now we are happy owners of a cool VW Atlas-Cross Sport.

The service manager understands how valuable a customers time is. The staff is always so pleasant. The day I went in for service I was told there was an accident in the mechanic bay. My service took longer than expected and the service manager comped my services.
