Bluebird Self Storage - Rochester, NH

I've had a unit with Rochester Bluebird since I moved from across the country and is the only company I will work with. Iesha has been extremely helpful with helping me find a unit in my budget that would also suit my needs best. She is extremely knowledgeable and polite. Not to mention the cleanliness is impressive for such a big facility.

Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. They always have the answer I need when I have a question. The office is always decorated beautifully and the facility is kept extremely clean.

I just had to leave a review. Bluebird storage has been nothing shy of AMAZING. They made, what had already been a super stressful move so much easier on us. We initially rented a 10×10 after spending 4.5 hours unloading our 26ft uhaul into this storage unit, we was about 90% done when we realized everything wasn't going to fit. So I called Bluebird (on a Sunday) an asked if there was anything a little bigger available in the same building, they had a 10× 15 available! They made the transition super easy an stress free. They even allowed us to keep what we had in the 10×10 till the next day when we could come move it all into the 10×15. Also there was NO extra charge for the upgrade,
except the difference charge. Everyone we spoke to or seen was super nice and pleasant. We will highly recommend Bluebird storage to our family an friends. Thank you Bluebird for making a already stressful sistuation that much better!

Best storage facility in the area. Super clean. Cameras all around the property. Convenient drive inside loading bays. We’ve been waiting to upgrade to a 1st floor unit, since we are in and out often. Julie and the staff were super helpful in accommodating, and got us into the perfect spot.

I am a returning customer. I first used the facility in Epping over a year and half ago and the facility was clean, affordable and loved that it was climate controlled. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I needed another until this time and they did not disappoint. The Rochester facility is just as great and the staff as well. Also love the convince of being able to rent online.

The building in Rochester is brand new, clean and very safe and well lite.

My wife and I have had used many different storage facilities in the past but Bluebird storage has exceeded our expectations. Rochester Bluebird Storage has been super-friendly. They let me know when I accidentally left an item outside my unit. (We were grabbing some things and set a cooler off to the side) They were very upfront about pricing and let me know what the current specials were and how to claim the deals. When we thought we were ready to move out (but didn't) they emailed us to see what was happening and remind us of the date we would have to be out in order to avoid the next month's charge. That was some helpful information! Thanks guys!!

Bluebird Storage is always clean. The front desk persons are very helpful. I prefer the climate control storage, my storage unit is always just the right temperature and I am confident my items will not be ruined.

Bluebird is very conveniently located. It is very clean, well maintained and secure. Renting a unit was a very easy process, and reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend Bluebird self storage!

Aisha was very helpful in showing me available unit sizes. Second floor was no big deal; I was able to drive inside and use the large carts and elevator they have to simplify things.

Convenient, clean, snd secure. I am.not nervous about going to get anything alone or at odd times. Between being clean and their security cameras seeing everything, and pricing being reasonable. I feel I am in good hands.

Wonderful service & clean units!

Great customer service and I even got a notice that I had not locked unit properly when they were doing a walk around! Facility is well kept and the units are just as they should be!

They keep there building clean and in great shape. The staff is very helpful. This is the 1st storage facility I feel safe to use. And knowing the building is locked up at night is a major plus.
