Cat/kat not sure how her name is spelled. was super friendly and attentive to my daughter who had to receive 3 vaccines today for school, my daughter got very nauseous and pail and almost fainted, and cat/Kat jumped right in to make sure she was gonna be ok, she got her water and a protein snack bar. And sat with her and held her hand until she felt better. Thank you Cat/Kat for making my daughter feel safe. She’s our favorite ❤

Horrible customer service. My grandmother's were born in NM in the 1920s. NM makes birth certificates public records after 100 years, which is the case. This is for Tribal records for my children. I was denied access to their records. I was told I need my birth certificate and my parents too. I was in fostercare and it took me years to get the information (which is correct). My parents and grandparents are passed. I have the Court records with my parents names and my birth certificate from when I aged out of fostercare. But that was all I was given. I was not adopted, this is biological family.

This is listed on the NM website and was confirmed by the Santa Fe office, "Birth certificates become public records one hundred (100) years after the date of birth." I am now having to mail everything to Santa Fe with money orders. I was told "well Santa Fe does things differently" on the phone.

They are never there. I went 2 days in and the doors are locked before 3 and just called them and I was just told that she had to leave the office and she just got back and they close at 3 this place is getting ridiculous.

Was inquiring about birth certificates. The lady that was supposed to help me was downright rude. I was confused about the process in NM and she made me feel as if i was asking stupid questions. Upside to the department the waiting is next to nothing.
