Jeremy is a top notch realtor and individual. He is high energy, intelligent, straightforward, honest, and kind. He spent a lot of time with us throughout the entire process - helping us determine if we should rent or sell, educating us on the market, advising us on sales price and sales approach, and working through the offers we received. His advice was always thoughtful and spot on. And he always had time to talk to us. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a realtor and I have dealt with quite a few in my life. Jeremy Bradshaw is an excellent realtor. He sold my home in two days!! That in and of itself is amazing but it was not an every day type sale. I was in Alabama and the home is in Maine. Everything had to be done through phone calls and texts. Secondly this was a special house, requiring a particular buyer! The house was an old Victorian home. Jeremy had not one, but 2 buyers, in the first 2 days. The sale went smoothly with a cash sale at over asking!! I would definitely use him again if needed and highly recommend him .
