Tokyo Sushi

Best sushi in the Valley, they also have hibachi style meals, all kinds of sushi rolls and sashimi. Definitely try it if you like sushi! I have friends come down from Sherrill to meet for sushi.

Stopped during a long road trip and 10/10 can't recommend more. The prices are unbeatable and the quantity of food for their lunch specials is amazing.

The food is always delicious!! Whether it's sushi, honey spicy chicken, or salmon teriyaki... they know how to do it right. Always courteous and punctual. When the other reviews say best volcano roll, they mean it. Only sushi place I go to anymore, and always telling my friends and coworkers to check it out.

Don't let the exterior fool you, nor the location. This is some of the best sushi you'll experience. Fresh rolls made with creativity. Try the OMG!, the peanut avocado roll, and the fried broccoli. Can't wait to go back!

This was soooo good and the prices are pretty cheap for all that you get ($50 for 7 rolls is what I spent). I'm so impressed!

Very good. They made them so good . Don't worry about how the place loom. They made very good sushi and sashimi.

Delicious food. The sushi is delicious. I had the tempura and there was SO MUCH!!! So delicious!!! When your get your bill take it to the counter to pay. Also, their decor is basic, authentic, and fun. Don't be surprised by some boxes in the corner as they get supplies and fresh foods delivered!!

I get sushi frequently from here. It's always so fresh and I can get gluten free soy sauce. I love the Rainbow Roll! Friendly people there... always so pleasant when I pick up my food. I use Qmenu app and order online. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Really good sushi! My only complaint was the wasabi. It had zero flavor and zero heat. I would go again but the wasabi was sorely lacking.

Food here is very good. Cooked very well and has flavor. Only down side is that it hasn't reopened for dining in. Would love to see it reopened. (Update) they are now reopened. Food is still very good. Service is a bit slow but it is run by a family and you can tell they are busy with take out orders. So probably a lot to keep up with. Expect to be there awhile if eating in.

Tokyo Sushi never disappoints. They are consistent and always delicious. I would definitely put them up against some well known sushi places out of the area. We are lucky to have a spot like this in Herkimer. #1 choice for takeout around here.

Super friendly staff, and sushi is delicious!! Their tempura soup is the BEST! My only suggestion would be to have some music playing as it tends to be a littlw quiet in the restaurant.

I've eaten here many times but not since Covid started. I've never had a bad experience, nor did I ever get sick like some guy said in his review. I was really surprised to see less than stellar reviews from others. Their food is always fresh tasting and the wait staff always treated me great. I even brought friends that claimed they didn't like sushi. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and the volcano rolls for them and they loved it. Some folks seem to think that all offerings from a sushi restaurant are raw fish.
