The Lodge at Springwater Lodge

I love Jill Swan,she's a great,friendly host l will definitely be booking Sringwater Lodge again.
My friends & family loved everything about the lodge. Spacious, pool,hot tub,& just entertaining w everyone was so peaceful and quite. Everyone felt like they were on vacation.
I also have friends that will book also..

A very nice space, well appointed and very private which provides an excellent base to explore the Finger Lakes. Some people might struggle with the limited internet access.

This place is large but has seen better days. The floors need to be refinished badly and the sheets and towels and bedding all need to be replaced. The mattresses and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable--no one in our party slept well. All of the bedding and linens were poor quality to begin with and are now old and worn. The property manager is difficult to deal with and acts like she is doing you a favor by renting the property, which costs well over $1K per night after all the fees and surcharges they tack on. Our three nights cost over $4K and we were disappointed.
