Service from Colleen was the sweetest. Above and beyond. Thank you Colleen for making our first visit a memorable experience. Plenty of choices on the menu and had to try the bbq rack and they were delicious.

Food was very hot and packed with flavor. The sever was friendly and had great suggestions on parting items. The atmosphere was coozy and modern. Chef visited the table and made small talk which never happens anymore. Was a life changing experience I would recommend to anyone.

This place was so good. There garlic bread and onion rings were excellent but the star of the show was their ribs. Absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere.

We had a group of 15 on Saturday evening, including children and adults. They were very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the food and live music.

Great small town vintage restaurant with a nice bar area separate from old style wooden dining tables, some chair and booth seats. Waitresses were pleasant to our party of 9. Refreshments and food came in a timely matter. Comfortable and quiet dinning. Good for family or a casual date. Variety on menu to fit any mood and the food is very good.

Stopped by here for the first time in years… our server was absolutely terrific! It was amazing to learn that she’s worked there for 37 years. That alone should really tell you about this place.

Dinner started with a plate of bread and cornbread. The bread was good. I’m not too big on cornbread but it was surprisingly really good.

I ordered The Hickory House Barbecue Sampler. It consisted of 3 meat choices, coleslaw, baked beans and choice of potato. I chose the twice baked potato. That was a great touch for a different side item. The chicken was good… the pulled pork was better (although I think it could’ve been simmered a bit longer to make it more tender)… oh my, those ribs? Those were to die for! They fell right off of the bones and the meat melted right in my mouth!

This place has a small-town restaurant feel, which my family and I love! The waitresses are always so sweet and attentive, and the barbecue is top notch!

Been passing this place for a long time. My wife and I are always looking for new places, too eat out. So we decided to stop in. We where met by an older staff and where sitted right away. The service was amazing. Yea the reviews about older staff and bad service. I guess people will find something to complian about. But we where met with a smile., Suggestions on what to order and by the way the food was out of this world. Me and my wife had the BBQ plater. I had ribs, ham, and turkey. She had the chicken, ribs and pork. The platers came with Cole slaw, BBQ beans and a choice of potatoes. My daughter had the pork sandwich with a choice of potatoes. I also order a salad. The salad was made with fresh lettuce and vegetables. I have to say the food again was amazing. We left with left overs. Yea the staff might be a bit old but they did they where nice, they knew what they where doing. And to end this review we will be making this a new place to go to. Thanks for being there when we needed a new restaurant.

Great place for Americana Fare. Food and Drink Vast Selection. Can't go wrong here.

As many times I have been there, The spareribs are delicious. The baked potatoes are great, the beans and coleslaw are yummy and tasty. The service was very good and the atmosphere is Super. Keep up the good work.

Joe was our waiter , he was the best . Austin loved the turkey he said it slapped . Food was great , band was good .

Absolutely AMAZING. We came here with our children, and the staff/atmosphere are so welcoming. They were patient and kind to our kids which isn't something you always experience going out with young ones. We got an appetizer, kids meals, and 2 entrees. Everything was phenomenal. Best BBQ/smoked place we have been to in quite some time. Everything was reasonably priced as well, I highly reccomend!! They also served corn bread and warm bread and butter which delicious. We will be back, sooner than we probably should lol but we have to bring some family here because we know they will love it. We tried 4 different types of meat and all were cooked perfectly. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! 🌟

We love their bbq. I always get the ribs. My mom loves the ribs and chicken. The pulled pork is excellent too.

The food was actually quite good. The ribs are amazing and I'm not sure if they have a house bbq sauce, but that was good as well. The service did a great job even though they were extremely short handed. Go here, sit down and have a drink but please be patient. You won't be disappointed!

On the side complements the pork.
Chicken wings were cooked perfectly.
Love French fries on the side, nice and crispy. Doesn't get any better ☺

The barbecue is fantastic ! No bad menu choices

So delicious and reasonable! Be sure to ask for a side of cornbread - you'll get a plate full. The combos are amazing for take out and can feed 4 easily. My only complaint (if can call it that) is that they don't have brisket. It doesn't keep me from going back, though. The food is consistently good. You won't be disappointed!

Very down to earth and welcomeing. Kinda a dated (but very clean) look but it really worked in its benifit which made it charming inviting and a lil nostalgic. Reminded me of going to eat with family as a kid. Food was good and fair priced, friendly staff. A good place for a simple comfort meal. My husband god barbecue and i got caprese chicken both were good. Look farward to trying more things (like fish) on their menue soon.

Just picked up full rack of BBQ baby back ribs and salad and it was absolutely delicious. The ribs were lean and fell right off the bone. The house salad had radishes, peppers, tomatoes, carrots etc. and the Italian dressing was tangy the way I like it. The woman who answered the phone was so polite and informative when taking the order. We will be returning weekly. Highly recommended!!

We left Darien Lake and just happened to see this BBQ restaurant. We decided to pull in and try. 10 thumbs up. Wait staff were so nice. The corn bread, OMG I so could have eaten a whole pan lol. I had the pulled pork platter. I highly recommend. My husband had the full rack of ribs, they fell off the bone. So amazing. If you are looking for a good BQQ meal stop into this place. You will not be sorry.
